I was told what I had to pay for my bridge to get it put in and now a couple months after it was done I get a bill from them for almost $700 and if I don’t pay it by the end of the month it goes up to almost $1,200 worst billing I have ever dealt with no letters or bills before yesterday this is crazy. The dentist did a great job but to wait this long to send out a bill and then try and charge interest on it wow.

Update to my previous review: I decided to give the office another chance because they've been my dentist for so many years. I went in to have a tooth extracted on July 2nd . I've been in massive pain for days. I went back in and I was told I had dry socket and that I had a very infected jaw and lymph node. I had asked for antibiotic the day I had the tooth extracted and the dentist told me no! He said I didn't need it. I went in and they put some antiseptic in and some kind of paste telling me that this would relieve the pain. It has not! They are unwilling to help with any kind of pain relief. So disappointed in this dentist office. I sent an email and received a phone call back. The front desk person was very unprofessional and started raising her voice to me. Wow! Definitely looking for a new dentist office. I do not recommend them to anyone.
I've been coming to this office for many years. I had several painful days with a bad tooth. I came in to get it worked on and it was still hurting when I left. I called the office when I got home to find out if I could get some pain medication and I was told no and that I could take Tylenol. Tylenol was not helping not one little bit. I basically had to call and beg and they finally had me come pick up a prescription for 4 tablets!
I won't be going back into them or referring them to anyone.
