I love this dentist's office. I couldn't ask for more from the staff. Everyone is so friendly, patient, non-judgmental, and thorough. I haven't dealt with everyone yet as a new patient, but I have talked to several of them. Dr. Suh is awesome. He explains everything in terms I can understand and answers every question completely. Julie is the sweetest hygienist ever and is exceptional at her job. The front end ladies are amazing - courteous, helpful, and funny. I couldn't ask for a better group of professionals to handle my dental needs. They explained several options to solve my current issues and I feel confident they will "hold my hand" through the entire solution.

The hygienists and dentists are friendly (front desk needs improvement) & they have Saturday appointments. There are a lot of dentist's that work in this office so you may not see the same one twice.

Horrible communication. Went here simply because I had an emergency. I had knocked a tooth out and needed to know what my next step was. The initial appointment went well. I was set to get a temporary flipper for cosmetic purposes while i went through the implant process somewhere else. The doctor told me repeatedly it would be 4, maybe 5 days and they would call me when it was in and i could make the appointment for the fitting. The 5th day came and i had not heard from them, so i contacted them to find out that it would be another 10 days and i would need to make an appointment. 4 days later, I call to make the fitting appointment and im told the flipper has been there and ready for 2 days! and again no one called me. The reason they gave for not contacting me was that they were waiting for me to make a COMPLETELY UNRELATED cleaning appointment and that the doctor that i seen was out of town... I was furious. Im missing a front tooth which is embarrassing on its own, they knew the urgency and completely disregarded anything i was told in the initial visit, because the front desk lady assumed i wanted to see the same doctor. A doctor that didnt do any more than look into my mouth and look at X-rays. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.
