I experienced a dental emergency and was seen within a couple of hours of my call. As I expected, the source of my discomfort was a back molar and that was confirmed by Dr. Lansing, whom I had never met. I found him to be solicitous, friendly and extremely competent. Even though the tooth was large and at the back of my mouth the extraction procedure proved to be much easier than I anticipated. I very much appreciate the professionalism and friendliness exhibited by both Dr. Lansing and Family First Dental.

Everyone that works in the office is so friendly and make every effort to learn each clients name, this makes every appointment and my time spent in the office much more enjoyable and personal! Every specialist and doctor spend as much one on one time I need to fully explain and help me better understand what's going on inside my mouth and every step I need to take before I leave. I've been placed in the care of Dr. Watkins, he has done my exams and cavity fills as well as my current wisdom tooth extraction. My wisdom teeth extraction did not go as planned, it was a 45 minute procedure that turned into a 2 and a half hour job. During the surgery my anxiety got the best of me and my mouth did not want to fully numb, Dr. Watkins was very understanding, calm, and very gentle. He talked me through the entire procedure and comforted me after. My procedure was on a Wednesday afternoon, he gave me his personal number to let him know directly if I felt anything had gone wrong or wasn't feeling right. He followed up with me every day after. Saturday afternoon rolled around and I was in a lot of discomfort. He made a trip to Kennewick to open the doors for me and take a look at what was going on, turned out to be nothing more than a stitch that didn't want to come out. But I more than appreciate the time he took away from his home to continue to follow up with me and come to my rescue! After thanking him for the thousandth time, his reply was "I Care for my patients the way I would want to be cared for." Family first dentistry, and Dr. Watkins himself, will forever have a client out of me!

I had a tooth giving me problems. It felt like a nerve was being tickled when touched with a dental pick. I called first thing the next morning and they were able to see me that morning and go ahead and fill it right away. It was so good to have it taken care of so quickly. I had to bring my baby and one of the hygienists was able to soothe her when she got fussy. They are the best dental care staff around! I highly recommend Family First Dental!

I saw Trish my hygienist today and she remembered what we talked about last time. She did such a great job cleaning my teeth and explaining ways I can better take care of my teeth and gums. She is always very gentle and tells me everything she is seeing and answers all my questions. She provides great service and good information.
