Cant express enough how well I have been treated since I first started going to Family First dental. I'm very insecure about trips to the dentist but have always felt at ease with the wonderful staff and have had the overall best treatment of any practice. Even a root canal was relatively quick and painless and they set me on a path to better oral care. When I had a dental emergency and showed without an appointment, they took care of me in a moments notice and I am forever thankful.

The whole environment was inviting, everyone was very friendly and eager to help. Kim (my dental lady) she was very detailed , professional, kind and explained everything throughly. The Dr, she was very friendly, made sure everything was in order. The payment/bill, she explained how things were being billed, how much I had to pay for the difference and set up my dental appointments with no problems. Even gave me my reminder card and she also printed out the information with my services that were preformed. Bonus points for the appointments on the print out as well.

Family First Dental is wonderful! The staff is always kind. Because of technical difficulties, I was brought back 20 mins later than my scheduled time but received a coffee shop gift card; which wasn’t necessary but very kind. They always work with my insurance to make sure I can afford the co-pay. Very pleased with the service.

Been going to the Family First Dental located on Yelm for over a year. The office staff in the front are so friendly and great on the phone. My hygienist is Lori, I love her, she’s thorough and mindful as she’s working on your teeth. She’s encouraging and fun to talk with. I usually see Dr Pratt he’s really a nice guy, able to put you at ease when an issue may arise.
