I went to this dentist at the beginning of the year. I usually don't like to write bad reviews but I became frustrated with the service received. I had a crown installed and had to return to get it resized after having jaw aches. After getting some more work done a month later the technician said that my bite was still off and had to adjust it again on the third trip. The only reason I didn't leave 1 star was because the staff was friendly. I called and informed that I would no longer be coming here for service and the employee did not ask for a reason why. She just said ok and hung up the phone.

They cancelled my appointment because I was not even 20 minutes late. Please rename the place and remove the word “family” from your business name because it lead me to believe you’re accommodating. Wasted 50 minute round trip and not to mention the struggle I had getting out the door.
The younger woman was very apologetic and the older woman looked at me and snickered! Never returning.
I also want to add that I had the worst fillings here! Rushed job. Its the only time in my life I have ever had to return to get fillings redone. The lady informed me in a rude tone that she’s shaving down my tooth. My fillings never felt right.

My family and I have been going to Kirkland Family Dentistry for more than 20+ years. Dr. Greene, Sherry, Becky, Karen, Brittany are such caring people. They listen to you and make sure you get the best treatment you need. They always inquire about your family, because they know my family. I can't imagine going anywhere else. The receptionist took my personal and insurance information and promised me to call me back for appointment. But she never called me back. Probably she's not the right person to be there. When I called back after hours and asked her why did that happen, she wasn't even ready to apologize for what happened. Then I told her to remove the data collected from me and decided not to go there anymore. The worst customer service ever!!!!

I called Dr. Greene's office yesterday complaining of severe tooth pain. My jaw had been swelling for a couple days and I just couldn't ignore it anymore. I had a feeling I needed a root canal but was biding my time. I talked to Sherri who immediately got my scheduled for today to see Dr. Greene. He confirmed I needed the root canal and got me referred to a specialist. I also have a lot of other work that needs to get done so I showed him a quote from another office and he assured me that I was going to be overcharged there! His basic rates are a lot more affordable than some of the other dentists in Kirkland. I have over a dozen fillings that need to be replaced from being a kid and I've put it off for too long... so happy to have an office I trust!

I can certainly see why this Dentistry gets such great reviews! I had a bit of an emergency and they scheduled me for an appointment over the telephone right away! I came in to them and they gave me Fabulous service!!! They were very thorough with their procedures, they honestly answered all of my questions and they could not have been nicer! I am VERY Impressed! I wish all dentists were like they are for us!

Kirkland Family Dentistry has been my dentist for almost 10 years now. All the assistants are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am always comfortable whenever I walk in their door.
