I worked as a temp for "Dr. Greene". Incompetent, incredibly insecure individual would be putting it mildly.
True story time: I sat a young man in an operatory. Knowing he was going to be waiting a bit, I offered him a magazine from a rack on the wall. Don't remember the details, but he had been cracking jokes on the way in, and I thought it appropriate to respond in kind: "Would you care for a magazine, Mr. X?" "Well don't mind if I do!" "Well then, take two, they're small!" (chuckle).
Dr. Greene, evidently passing by, popped his tiny head in: "XX, would you mind coming with me, please?!" He walks into a file closet (!) and proceeds to give me a DRESSING DOWN, ending with "YOU don't make the jokes around here, -I- make the jokes around here, do you UNDERSTAND?!"
No joke. No hyperbole. This is what he said. To me. I was scolded. For saying a mildly unrobotic thing to a patient.
He "dismissed" me shortly after by slapping me on my shoulder while I was in the process of handling contaminated instruments and informed me "We won't be NEEDING YOU any more!"
I left. Went to pick up the check a couple days later, he shorted me a couple hundred dollars. I had to go back inside and request the total on threat of contacting the temp agency. Receptionist came back with a check for the total (whopping) amount.
In explaining to the temp lady why I would not be willing to go back, she sheepishly admitted to me that Green "went through a lot of temps who had similar experiences; he's difficult to place".
You don't say.
In short, I found this person to be a most unprofessional, miserable little man.
Please note: I have absolutely NOTHING to gain by writing this review. I happened to see his name by chance, and I can only hope this might steer a potential 'client' to a better, more stable and qualified dentist without quite so many issues.
