Off all the dentists I have had Mountlake Family Dentistry is the best. They are very caring and thoughtful. There is hardly any waiting time when you get there. Staff is highly professional and Jennifer Luna, the dentist, has all the latest equipment which makes it less painful.

Same concerns as prior negative reviews, Billing is a huge problem... I received a bill after my Cleaning with X-rays. I was really surprised to see a bill in the mail after my cleaning service. Of course, I called my Delta Insurance, and the Dentist office and ask why... and they said, "we took too many X-rays within a 12 month period... and you owe us $". This is a case of taking advantage of the dental insurance coverage a little too far, and when they start charging it out of your pocket, I would not recommend.

The entire staff was extremely friendly and those that attended to my checkup were knowledgable and helpful. The office is bright and cheerful. Overall the experience was very relaxed and pleasant.

Dr. Luna is great! She only does what is best for her patients and excels at cosmetic dentistry. The makeover that she did for my mom's friend is incredible. She is the most caring, compassionate, and gentle dentist that I know. I highly recommend her.

I'm giving them a 2 star review only because the dental hygienist is one of the best in Washington State and great at her job unlike the Dentist. She's always in a huge rush and sometimes makes mistakes. To her credit she will fix them on a later date if you complain about it. She also constantly forgets to bill you when you are there so you get bills for 8 or 9$ a few days later. Recently I somehow magically owed them 60$ bucks; maybe my insurance changed? Not sure why or what for; rather then call me or email me or ask me when I came in they put me straight into collections!? I was a good customer for a few years and always paid my bills. This lady is cheap and doesn't know how to run a business very well. Dr. Henks who owned the place before was 100x better!
