Bagley Dental

I can't complaint the customer service, everyone is so friendly, from the receptionist to those working inside.
but I am disappointed when they give you a first estimate and they convince you because what you have to pay is acceptable. and then they get another second estimate where the prices change very drastically.
This happened to me and I asked for information and they told me first that my insurance had made some changes and that is why they raised the price of the service, then I called the insurance and they told me that they cannot change the prices. that only the dentist's office does. The other excuse they gave me at the dentist's office was that there was a misunderstanding with my insurance name and that's why the changes were made. and the last excuse they gave me is that the dentist's office does not have a contract with my insurance and that is why they cannot give me a contract price and that is why they give me an office price... the question that I have been asking myself why from the first day they did not give me the correct budget? If they already know that they did not have a contract with my insurance... I want to clarify that I am not the first person they receive with this insurance that I have.
I know several people who come here with the same insurance and they were the ones who recommended this place to me. I am very confused and disappointed because the last thing they told me is that better look for another place

Dr. Ryan Bagley is always so friendly and thorough. Together, he and Jessica have taken great care of my teeth over the years. The whole staff is awesome but those are the two I see frequently and I'm always satisfied with my cleanings, their gentleness and great conversations.

Always a pleasant experience to go to Bagley Dental. The staff and doctors are kind, helpful and caring. They make sure my teeth, gums and mouth are in the best shape they can be. They provide reminders for appointments, especially because I need to take antibiotics before every one of my sessions. I so appreciate that! Who knew a trip tot he dentist could be so comforting? I visited Bagley Dental with a cracked tooth and a good deal of trepidation. I left with a big smile on my face! The needle pokes into my mouth were almost 100-percent pain-free, and from there it was smooth sailing. For the last year I have been dreading a deep-cleaning I need-- now no more! Their use of nitrous oxide during the procedure is also state-of-the-art. I thought I was going to need deeper sedation or maybe even general anesthesia-- not necessary! Anyone experiencing my degree of dental-work anxiety should definitely go to Bagley Dental.

I have been a patient at Bagley Dental for years and the staff have always made sure I felt welcome and cared for. I appreciate how courteous all of the staff are. During my latest appointment, I wrote down the wrong starting time, and the staff called to confirm I was still planning on making it to the appointment.

Staff have always been able to answer any questions I have. My retainer has been bothering me while flossing for the last few months and I was unaware if I needed to a referral to fix it. However, Dr. R Bagley and his staff made sure to take care of it in office as well as answer any other questions I had. I never once felt dumb for bringing up concerns or questions. These things make me feel like I am a cared and valued patient, and not just another person walking through the door.
