both doctor Andrew and Ryan are quality dentist. The staff of course is friendly because that is there jobs. My worst experience was the assistant dentist very rude, talking very unprofessionally about the staff and doctors. Pre-check ups are the worst here trying to charge outlandish prices who no real foundation on how to really charge clients. avoid the cleanups DIY. Paid over $2000 for 1 checkups and 2 cavities. Crazy prices.

Today's and the visit before experience has brought to mind an overweight person being teased while working out at a gym. As a matter of fact, my daughter did know her teeth were needing intensive work, that was the reason she was in the chair after all.
Then today. Dry socket despite her best effort. Quite painful for those that have not experienced it. Seated in the chair, told to open instruments jabbed in, confirmation of dry socket confirmed, zero instruction given on what the procedure would be. Legs curled up, wincing, as he proceeded to shove the treatment into the still fresh wound told the shot would be useless and the best part then occurred. No antibiotics needed I am told though her entire mouth is full of infection.
Long years ago I brought my husband to Bagley Dental. Stitches supposed to be disolvable were fished painfully out of his gums for the next six months. My next stop is Better Business Bureau.

After billing errors on there part that I paid, which was$180.00 more. I still didn't get all the work done that I went there to begin with, only some and I am really not to please with one of the procedure that was done. Will need to see another dentist to complete work on my teeth. Never dealt with this before and would not recommend to anyone I know.

The staff are amazing!!! My little girl had her first check-up at just age 1 she loved it!! She loved getting her teeth brushed and never even cried!! I will be taking my whole family here!!

By far the most proffesional dental place. The staff is so nice. The wait time is amazing as soon as you get their your called..not to mention he dentists very patient, proffesional, caring.. And also guides you through the prodecures step by step.. The enviroment is so clean..i love going their and would not go anywhere else for dental work.

They gave out my personal information which is against the law but instead of apologising they choose to blame it on me for not wanting my personal information shared. I really thought this dentist was great. I even referred 5 people who now use him. I am sorry I ever did.
