Start to finish, this has been a much easier experience than I could have imagined! The staff, in all areas, is super nice and comforting. Special shout out to Dr. Walter, who is just amazing! He really cares about his patients, and does an impeccable job of meeting any needs you might have. I could not recommend more!! Thank you for giving me my smile back!!!!

It was an unique experience. They have a different dentist than previously. He was extremely fast . He removed three teeth in 10 minutes flat. He was definitely a little ruff with me but he got the job done and sent me on my way . Also they gave me pain pills 💊 which some places don’t offer because of the opioid epidemic. Well done 👍

I was very nervous coming in I had three teeth pulled. Dr. Paul was so nice made me feel relaxed gave me more Novocaine when I needed it on my last tooth and I was basically in and out. Receptionists were very nice as well as his dental assistant I wish I had caught her name. Professional and caring. No complaints.

The waiting room is amazing. Very kid friendly with a big spot to play. On the other side of the waiting room is a spot for those who don't have kids. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Paul is one of the best dentist I have seen. I had all teeth on the bottom removed and 4 on top. Not only was he very quick he payed attention every time something hurt and he would quickly renumb that area. I highly recommend this office

Went in for a cavity filling and a cleaning. They did half the cleaning, and gave me a numbing injection for the filling. Within 2 minutes they were injecting me again even though I said I didn't want a second shot. They once again waited two minutes before bringing someone else in to try and give me a third numbing shot, which I refused. We sat there for another ten minutes, the dental assistant barely checked my gums before telling them I wasn't numb (I was, the whole right side of my face was numb). They then told me they won't be performing the filling and told me I can come back when "I'm more relaxed" or they could refer me out. They didn't even finish the cleaning.
My jaw is in so much pain from the injections, and I feel far worse off than I did when I came in. I was shaking and audibly noting the pain from the injections, but they kept pushing for a third, didn't even offer laughing gas instead.
EDIT: My jaw and neck are in a lot of pain from the injections, and it's causing a pounding headache that pain relievers won't fix. Whatever they did, they messed up.

My granddaughter was just in and she was scared to get the numbing and it takes her a minute to warm up to things like that and the doctor did not make her feel any better or comfortable. Did not try and talk her through it just stood there with a needle in his hand. Very obvious he was getting frustrated with her and said to referee her somewhere else. Very unprofessional.

They have an Oral Surgeon who is really awesome. I'm in the process of getting dentures and have had two visits with the Oral Surgeon (at the Division location) to have teeth extracted. And although it isn't a pleasant procedure, the Doctor is very quick yet very gentle. He really cares about the patient so he talks them through it and before you know it he's finished. I would recommend Apple Valley Dental to anyone needing oral surgery services.
