I had two bottom wisdom teeth taken out. Dr. Paul and his assistant explained everything they were doing during my procedure. Dr. Paul was done in a timely manner and very professional. I was sore after the procedure but it's to be expected.

I was in the middle of explaining my situation and they hung up on me. Then I was on hold for 20 minutes and they didn't answer. I can't eat or sleep with how much pain I'm in. It's not a simple tooth ache. My wisdom teeth are shredding my jaw joints, gums and cheek. I can't even close my mouth completely and because of that my jaw is sore and tired.

We got there 10 minutes early and waited over a half and hour past our appointment time to be seen so total wait time was 45 minutes for my daughter. I had missed 😢 My appointment had been told even tho I called right after I realized that my appointment was not at the same time as my daughter, but was and hour before that I was a no show and even tho I called they told me if it happened again I wouldn't be able to be seen for six months. Also the staff are friendly, however some of the things I noticed while being there were not safe like a very scary man came in off the street to attempt to use the restroom which happens so often they have to keep the restrooms locked. And if children are not supervised by and adult they don't seem to notice. I observed a young lady age 12 watching a baby and 2 other little girls. She threatened to knock out one of little girls then proceeded to hit her repeatedly and I said to stop. Then a woman came in while my daughter 12 yr. old was in her appointment with 3 children who were very aggressive and I have a 5 year old daughter who was waiting with me. The 3 children were jumping from the top of the toys and being very unsafe and one of them kept trying to push my daughter off the toys. The mother of the children allowed the childrens' misbehavior and so did the staff in the lobby. I was so stressed out and in such an awkward anxious state I took my child back to the room with my daughter in her appointment to report what was happening and nothing was said about it or any words of comfort given... I have never had so many uncomfortable feelings and as much anxiety being at a dentist appointment as I did on July 20, 2022. The only thing I can say positive is when we got there at 10 minutes to 2, we got out by 4 pm they were able to get all my child's teeth fixed and the office is very clean. Even though they took a very long time to see us after waiting for a very long time past our appointment time. We spent
over 2 hours at the office for 1
appointment.

Went very smooth 👍 My first post didn't get on because I didn't realize I had to push on a star. The Doctor and the technicians have been wonderful, very fast and professional. Had oral surgery to remove 7 teeth, no problem for these folks.

Most amazing staff. I had full mouth extractions this morning and they made it as comfortable as humanly possible. Oral surgeon was so kind and caring, in tune with me and how I was doing during the process. His assistant was incredible as well, and knew what I needed when I needed it. They took care of me so well and I highly, highly recommend this office!

First impressions. And they failed. I called because I was early and they stated they could squeeze me in early so I headed over. Waited for over an hour and a half. Well over 45 minutes past my appointment time and they couldn’t tell me any eta or how backed up the dr was. So I ended up leaving so I wouldn’t miss a chemo treatment. Not cool guys. At least communicate but going from come early to being that light and zero communication I’m back to square one finding a new dentist that takes my insurance. I drive from an hour away so I’m not wasting my time here again.
