As someone who is terrified of the dentist I felt welcomed and not pressured about anything. Today was my first visit and they got me in quickly since I’m having an issue. They explained everything to me step by step from entrance to exit which I liked. Thanks!

Don't recommend. Went in for a root canal, sent to a different doctor that did a great job. Came back to finish the job. Big mistake. Went through unnecessary pain for almost 2 months because glue had gotten into the jaw line from the temporary crown. I ended up going to a different dentist to get help. Pain was awful! Needed surgery to remove the glue, permanent crown was put on that day. Billing practices are also very bad. Billed insurance for things they did not do!

**in response to your response. I never refused your care. Only refused to allow a xray plate to be placed on the swollen tissue that was causing a great deal of pain! I don't believe this was a straight forward case. It became very complicated really quick. Stitches were removed today. DR. Tony Hewlett did a fabulous job!
Never bill for services that were not rendered! Never received your personal note!

The staff was so friendly and made me feel super comfortable. They make sure you understand everything they are doing and every possible option. I was feeling a little overwhelmed at the beginning of my appointment and couldn’t hold back my tears and Amanda (I think that’s her name) made me feel heard and safe. Im in the middle of signing up for insurance and they are going to help me pick a plan that will benefit me the most. That’s so above and beyond. Thank you so much guys. I appreciate you all!

Cascadia Dentistry is the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Professional staff, immaculate office and state of the art care all come together to make a comfortable, pleasant experience. I’ve never recommended a dental practice as often as I have since I’ve been a patient here. They really care about making your experience a positive one.

Truly one of the best groups of folks that care for their patients. Even being a drop in emergency Tooth extraction, they were able to get me in the same day! And they've been extremely helpful with after treatment. There are dentists in almost every city, I'm choosing to drive 3 hours just to be a Patient at this office. That should explain it all! Having returned after a 2 year absence due to Covid, I was pleased with the excellent, caring service provided by the staff and in particularly Hygenetist Jeremy.

Wow - Absolutely amazing dentist & staff! Cascadia Dentistry has changed the way I feel at the dentist & in a very positive way. I feel relaxed and comfortable the whole time I'm there. I suffer from extreme dental anxiety. I recently had a "situation" happen in my mouth where I needed to been see. Not only did they get me in right away. They preformed a beautiful root canal on me the next day. I was so grateful. The quality of care is simply incredible.

Let me rewind a little for a second and let you know my wife and I spent hours apon hours looking for the best dentist we could find in North Snohomish County. We moved here & were ready for a new high quality Dentist. We wanted a place that truly cares about their patients, state of the art facilities, in house operations for most procedures (including some root canals), implants, nitrous / laughing gas, kind people, highly educated dentist, including knowledge & educated staff. we also wanted a place that simply understands the needs of a person on a very human level. A place that understands the fears a person going to the dentist may have.

They went above and beyond in all of the areas that my wife and I value (they have even more services that were not even on our list that we might need one day). They had everything we have been looking for. I can't even explain it properly in words. Yet I can tell you if you value your body and want a dentist and team who will help you. Well you've found the right place. I'm so glad my wife and I did our research and found everything we were looking for right here.

I have been truly blessed to have had very high levels of dental care my whole life. That being said Cascadia Dentistry might just be the best dental experience I have ever had and that is saying a lot based on the great dentists I have had.

I reported for "teeth cleaning" at Cascadia Dentistry at 10:30 AM on 22 July. I was met by "Jamie" (my assigned Hygienist). She performed initial inspection, took required xrays, performed cleaning, summoned Dr Adams for the Dentist's evaluation, briefed me on status of my teeth cleaning efforts, and scheduled me for next appointment. I departed the building before 11:30 AM. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. I was consulted and advised continuously. The environment was safe in all respects.

I am 73 years old and have lived all over the US and overseas. I have experienced the work of upwards of 20, or more, different hygienists and as many Dental offices. Jamie is by far the finest hygienist and Cascadia the best Dental office I've ever experienced.

I've been dealing with, depression and PTSD since the Pandemic. Everyone there was genuinely welcoming and helped me calm down and put me at ease discussing a plan that works for me through the VA...which takes a great deal of patience. Looking forward to getting the plan we discussed in action. Thank you.

Dr. Adams and his staff were fantastic! I’ve been going to the same dentist in Seattle for 17 years. We moved up north and we had to find a new dentist. Dr. Adams and his staff were kind and professional. The hygienist explained what she was doing each step of the way (I have really sensitive front teeth). Highly recommended!
