I'm pretty surprised to see such high reviews for this dentist. These reviews are not reflective of my experience here.
I requested Lidocaineon the gum with a swab before the injection. Injections are very painful for me otherwise. The doctor argued with me about how swabbing the surface didn't actually do anything and he wasn't going to do it. I'm not even sure why he would argue something like that, if it really is pointless then just do it to make your patient feel better instead of causing a pointless argument and conflict between provider and patient. Terrible manner.
I was pressure sold on those garbage electric toothbrushes that don't do anything other than line the dentists pockets. Pretty much got the impression I was a wallet and nothing more.
The job he did was trash. I have a food trap between my teeth because he didn't finish the work. I'll be going to another dentist to have this fixed.
The dentist didn't speak to me after the work was done. I specifically asked "Do I have another appointment?" No eye contact, just mumbled something I couldn't hear and left the room, leaving me to discuss my treatment with the nurse.
This review is not reflective of the nurses and support staff. I feel sorry they have to work for this doctor if my interaction was any indication of how he runs this business behind closed doors.

Cascadia Dentistry is a great place to have your family taken care off. The staf is very friendly and efficient. I have never had to wait when I show up and they remembered my name - which is real nice. I have a phobia about dentists. My nemisis. But since going to Cascadia I can relax and let Dr. Adams and his staff do the driving :)
