After 2 fillings being poorly done, a swollen face, jaw, neck, unable to reach anyone including the emergency on call service and being charged almost $1700 for 4 fillings, a cleaning, a toothbrush that doesn't charge and a mouth guard (I've never seen lol) and STILL paying on this bill, I was told after trying to get ahold of the office for 3 weeks I'd need a root canal on one of the teeth not filled properly, and I'd have to pay almost $1000 at Capitol endodontics up front just for the root canal until the insurance claim went through then depending they would refund it, just to turn around and go back to ASPEN I'm sure for another huge bill for the crown...long aggravating story short, I DO NOT NEED A ROOT CANAL, I went to 2 other dentists, the 2 fillings need fixed, as they were not sealed/completed properly, and wow that will only cost me $80 after insurance. I'll be requesting and expecting a refund from ASPEN ASAP! I'm lived!

Update- the work I had done just fell off of my tooth less than 2 weeks after I had the work completed. Worse outcome than I thought and completely embarrassing.
I was to get my tooth fixed up to match my other front tooth. The issue was that the filler on it was too dark after having been there to fix a chip for roughly a decade. I paid for whitening and went to several visits as recommended all in prep for the best outcome. I had my hopes up. Results- My tooth is still darker than my natural tooth after 4 visits and roughly $700 (after insurance.) Furthermore, the back of the tooth is now rough and causing me speech issues. I feel the procedure was rushed and the outcome shows that. I’m honestly very disappointed.
I will say that the hygienists, Tanya & Charlie were great.
However, I would not recommend this practice overall and I will be searching for someone to fix the work I had done here.

I usually see Dr. King and he’s awesome but today I had the un pleasure of seeing Dr. Cost and after todays visit I won’t be going back for anymore work. I went in for what was supposed to be a “simple” extraction for a bad tooth and for one he rushed to numb me! He was very hateful towards me because I told him it still hurt when he tried to pull it. I gathered he was just ready to go home. I am now On my way Home very numb and still hurting more than when I came in to the office with the tooth still in !! I was told I was basically imagining the pain bc of anxiety! But I know what pain feels like sorry to tell them.

My husband's scheduled an appointment for 9:30on Tuesday when we went in they told us we weren't scheduled that they had called us and we didn't answer our phone so they canceled it so we checked our phones no call had been made from their office when I said that to them and said we didn't that we expected our appointment time to be honored The appointment clerk got belligerent with us and told us that he personally made the call I said if you personally made the call why is it not showing up on our phones and he said I don't know why it didn't go through.I could not use a dentist that was so dishonest and rude even though they agreed to see us if we waited

Personnel very nice. Cost totally unespected. I don't do loans and my insurance assured me I could afford a total transformation with my benefits. Seven thousand dollars for dental without implants is too much.

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental. I was greated by the guy at the desk, very professional and friendly. In the chair I only waited 5-6 minutes then Dr King came in, we discussed why I was there and explained everything in detail, put in writing my treatment plan, very professional and friendly, then I met with Justin (I think) office staff about pricing and financing. He was very professional ,kind, friendly and thorough when discussing pricing and financing. My only issue is the pricing, very expensive. You can go to Affordable Dentures and pay $500-$800 for a set of full dentures, Aspen Dentures are between $3000-$4000 for a full set. I inquired about Dental implants, they run about $20,000.00, my mouth dropped clear to the floor when I heard that. Who can afford to pay $20,000.00 for implants? They say they make dentures and implants affordable. I disagree with that statement.

The Dr.s and staff at Aspen Dental are very friendly and extremely helpful if you have any questions. There is very little wait time once you arrive. Overall my experience with them has been excellent.

***UPDATE*** So not only did my Partials not fit, they also started deteriorating within 2 weeks of receiving them. AND THEN They started sending me bills and turned it over to collections like 2 weeks after I reminded them that I was their chosen Veteran for the year. Am now working with our State AG to resolve the issue. Even saying I owe more than the amount they had originally quoted me. So none of the following applies at this point.
I couldn't be happier with Aspen Dental. Originally I went to take advantage of their free initial services hoping to get affordable payment arrangements for dentures. Unfortunately I couldn't afford the payments and left pretty much in despair. A few months later the OM called me and told me I was the chosen Veteran this year for free services of what they had said I'd need done. I was in shock. Nobody gives anything for free. At least that's what I've always thought. I was wrong. This organization does this every year, from each of their locations. That makes them human. I couldn't be happier. I have started the process and will have my 2 partial plates by the end of next week. Whoop!
