The absolute worst place for dentures! It 2 months for an appointment. Then after impressions it took 3 months to receive them. And I have had nothing but trouble with them! It’s terrible. It’s been 5 months and they still don’t fit. I have to use adhesive on them everyday.

I have had a wonderful experience so far. I still have a few appointments left before I get my new smile. I feel very confident that they will help me get my self esteem back. I have had severe sinus issues the majority of my adult life. When I entered my mid 30's the roots of several of my teeth started being attacked and I started loosing teeth, regardless of what my Dentist did to try to save them. When I reached my mid 50's I had hardly any permanent teeth left and the ones I did have were breaking. I then made the decision to get dentures. At the time I had no Dental Insurance so I went to the cheapest place I could find and purchased a pair of economy dentures. That was about 7 years ago. They never fit correctly and looked nothing like the smile I used to have. I became very self conscious and hated to smile. Anytime someone would want to take a picture of me I would run or disappear until the camera's were put away. This past year one of my daughters got married and I was only in a few pictures that I couldn't get out of being in. After that I got Dental Insurance. I then did a lot of research regarding the best place and the best type of Dentures that my insurance would pay for. I made an appointment with Aspen Dental as soon as I could. The experience was nothing like the previous place I had went to 7 years ago. Everyone was extremely kind and very helpful. I know that they understand exactly what I want. I am confident that they will do all they can to help me. I do have to pay some on the Dentures but the price was well within my budget. I have had the impression made and look forward to going back in a few weeks to see if that worked out well. Then the way I understand it, I go back in a couple more times for the final fitting. I am so excited even though the entire experience will take about a month, it will be well worth the wait. I know that my smile will never be that of a young 20 year old again, but I have a feeling that I will have a lot to smile about and will no longer run when someone brings out a camera. I hope to update this review once I receive the final product. As for now I am very pleased with my first visit and look forward to my next one............I am a little late with the update but I definitely wanted to let everyone know that I am extremely pleased with my new smile. The entire process actually took about 3 months but was well worth the wait. I had a total of 4 appointments. They want to make sure that each and every patient is satisfied with the end product. I must say I am more than satisfied. I am not embarrassed to pose for pictures now and I can order a steak when going out to dinner. I never thought I would be able to enjoy a meal in public again. I am very pleased that I can now eat anything I want and I am no longer running when someone brings out a camera. Thank you Aspen Dental for my new smile!

Every person that was part of my dental treatment plan has treated me with nothing but kindness. I really appreciate everything they have done to help me reach my dental health goals. I will continue to be a patient here as long as they will have me.

I was very happy with all the steps they go through to make sure you get what you want. People told me not to go there because they are too expensive, and others said their stuff never fit correctly but i am giving this a positive go. I definitely need the treatments and hope my partials do fit correctly.

I needed a very last min dentist appt for my 5yr old. I used the automated feature and the lady whom I was directed to, helped me and was so nice, going out of her way to make sure I found what I needed. I ended up with an appt an hour away, in the Charleston area. I arrived almost an hour early and was seen within a half hour. Receptionist was nice, which is so rare around here. The hygienist was amazing. She was sweet, explained everything, and was gentle. The dentist was only in for a min to review, but she was also nice. I'm driving an hour again in 6mos for the next appt.

I became very concerned when they handed me a tablet to sign several forms, one being a financial agreement when I hadn’t even been given the financial agreement to read.. I think they are scammers to get all the money they can, I made an emergency appointment because I could not get into my dentist this week and I’m having severe tooth pain.Their website is misleading, This is not a place to go to for an emergency, they will not help you immediately, they want you to make multiple appointments for things like cleaning and X-rays! I am up to date on my cleanings and I’m not paying for something I don’t need! I ended up just leaving.
