This dentist does not have the same passion she used to. Through my cleaning in November and December a refill of an old filling not one of them saw that I had a small pin hole in the side of the tooth she just worked on. Her answer is that she worked on the surface of my tooth not the side.The tooth behind it was partially melted from the tooth filled in front of it. When I made yet another appointment was told the tooth just collects a stain but that I shouldn't be concerned at this point that they will put a watch on it. Really?! You could have fixed it when you just filled that tooth if you would just use those special glasses you use and double check your work. Shes always in a hurry and just shoots the injections in your mouth with no reguard of the pain. I used to love this place. I am making the decision to go to someone else. I dont know why the attitude but I felt enough of the disappointment to let others know. I pay good money for insurance and always paid my bills. I hope the new year is better for them.

We love this dentist office! Our entire family goes here, 4 of which are kids! They do a wonderful job making the kids feel comfortable and explaining everything to them! I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

I hadn't slept all night because of a throbbing tooth pain. I called ALL over Appleton and they were the only place where I could get in without waiting. They got me in, did some x-rays, and ended up helping me the SAME day. They were friendly the throughout the whole experience.

I give them a 2 because as a billing or front desk, they should know to bill the insurance first before billing the dental insurance. This is happening too many times with my kids getting teeth abstract and not billing health insurance first. Then they blame on each other for not being the Dr coordinator.
Your billing and front desk need to step up.
