Was recommended to this dentist clinic by my husband's coworker. We both started going recently and we love it! They didn't make me feel uncomfortable, they were very friendly and caring and did a great job! Not scared to go to the dentist anymore!!

My family and I have been coming to Forest View for over a decade. Dr Grotenhaus and his team have always been professional and provided good, professional service. That is until this past year.
We met in a small consultation room with Dr G and a staff member (she was wearing a clear face shield and no mask) for options on our oldest daughter’s ortho options in May 2020. Dr G was NOT wearing a mask and even went so far as to comment about it and then still not put one on.
We should have left then, however our other daughter was in the middle of ortho treatment, so we came back to finish her course. Today (Dec 23) we returned for follow up. One staff member had her mask below her nose and another (face shield lady) was speaking directly to a patient with NO, ZERO, NOT ONE BIT of protection on.
Here’s why I’m sharing this- the practice has shown my family and it’s patients that it simply does not care for the health and safety of its patients and their families. They may be great at dental care, but they DO NOT CARE about the actual health or wellbeing of those people paying for their services.

My Husband and I have been going to forest view for years and years. bordering on decades. When my husband became disabled they were still willing to work with us until he no longer had delta dental insurance. When my husband became fully disabled and went onto State and Federal insurance this practice no longer is willing to work with us. It is extremely disappointing that all of his dental records and all of the years and countless dollars that we have spent supporting this practice are out the door. Beware. Dr. Grotenhuis and his team may not be the right fit for you at forest view dental.

They asked me if I would like music I said yes.didnt receive. I like the bird feeders bit I believe the blinds should be turn for you could see them

Forest view dental was a very professional dental practice that showed me new ways to protect and care for my teeth very informational and got me in quick as a new patient very much appreciated and look forward to working with them in the near future highly suggest this dental office for any new patients and family and friends 👍👍

Forgot to numb my gums before using the needle. Daughter was told she needed over $9000 dollars of work done which included root canals. We got a second opinion and spent under 2000 and was told she didnt need most the work done that we had been quoted. Very disappointed as we had gone here for years with good service but after this we simply don't trust them and havent used them since.

I was under the impression this was a great establishment for dental work, but unfortunately your paying a ridiculous amount of money for minor dental work. For example I went in today to have two extractions done. The staff was very friendly at first but when i looked at the bill before the procedure was started, and they expected me to pay close to $400.00 per extraction and then proceeded to charge me another $35.00 for an "evaluation". Which wasn't even an evaluation they asked what i wanted done and what hurt literally that was it, and i got billed on top of unnecessary x-rays since mine were on file from the previous year and up to date. I about had a heart attack when they informed me two minor extractions would bill my insurance up to almost $1000.00! I left immediately unsatisfied and in pain. Just some food for thought i got several other quotes from other offices in the area and most extractions only cost $130.00-$150.00 shop around before you pay more then you have to.
