Oh my goodness! The entire staff is so delightful, kind, professional and amazing!! I could not have asked or prayed for a better experience.
Jodi was my receptionist. She was so nice. She was accommodating and made me feel at home.
Dr. T and his assistant Laura, equally amazing. They took the time to show me all my dental x-ray's and go over everything. Plus...guess what? They have a wonderful sense of humor!! That is something that made my whole experience relaxing. 😌
Then I met my dental hygienist, Fabulous! I believe her name was Karlie...( I hope I'm right. ) Her assistant was sweet too! Kind, Explained everything and also so personable!
Anyone in need of dental care...this is 💯 percent where to go!

What a great experience! From my initial phone call and email correspondence with Jodi to my appointment today with Tatum and Dr Hebert Tatum is so nice and personable and Dr Hebert is very nice and made me feel very much at ease! I have always dreaded going to the dentist, as I have had plenty of unpleasant and uncomfortable experiences. As much as I wanted to be diligent with my dental care, I always found myself putting it off either due to scheduling constraints, finances, or just anxiety. I read a lot of reviews before deciding to give Hebert Dental a try. From my first phone call to the office to schedule my appointment, I could tell that this dental office was unique and special. The receptionist I spoke with was very understanding and empathetic, and put me right at ease! I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were able to get in, and how they made the effort to provide scheduling options that would work for our family. They emailed us the paperwork ahead of time making check in for our appointment a breeze! The dental assistant was wonderful, and Dr Hebert was a very kind and genuine man, who made an effort to get to know my family on a personal level. We didn't feel rushed, and there was no scolding or reprimanding for the time that had lapsed since my last appointment, or the condition of my teeth. He was very welcoming, and professional, and listened to my concerns, and gave me positive options and solutions. All of the staff was wonderful, they interacted like a family, and you could tell, they all love their job, and helping their patients. The facility itself is very impressive, warm and welcoming, as well as having state of the art technology and resources. They were very atuned to my comfort level and made sure that I was ok each step of the way. They were forthcoming about the cost of needed work and coordinated with my insurance, so I knew up front what my responsibility would be. I am so grateful to have found this dental office. I have never been sooo excited about my experience with a dental provider before. I am no longer anxious, but excited about partnering with Hebert Dental to maintain my dental health.

I loved the reminders and efficiencies. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Tarpenning is knowledgeable, kind, and gentle. I appreciated that costs were openly discussed. The prices were very fair for the work that was done. I have dreaded going to the dentist all my life but now I feel hopeful that is in the past.

I had a tooth infection crop up over the Christmas weekend and Dr. T was available to help me out. He took care of my pain and promptly scheduled a follow up to take care of the second part of my root canal.
Not only did he save the tooth he very likely saved my jaw! Worth every penny. The staff is awesome and so is Dr. T!

They are so nice at Hebert Debral and are great about getting you in early on a cancellation list. I have never liked going to the dentist but they have made it an enjoyable experience. . They make you feel like a good friend. I highly recommend them for your dental care!
