Hebert Dental Eau Claire

I had a great experience at Hebert Dental. All the staff were friendly, caring and knowledgeable, and no one made me feel bad for not being to the dentist in quite a while. They did a great job explaining what needs to be done with my teeth in a way that I could easily understand. Highly recommend them!

Hebert Dental have gone the "extra mile" to have a very friendly environment. Diane was very helpful in explaining why the X-rays were important and she is enjoyable and very professional. I am also impressed with "Dr T". My only complaint is the high cost. Great group of people.

Hebert was very accommodating, I had not been to the dentist in several years due to insurance issues. They were kind, upfront and understanding. The cost of the procedure and cleaning were laid out for me upfront and I was treated with kindness and respect. I was also offered payment plans if I was unable to pay all costs at once. They truly cared about my well being and my health. They have my business for life!

I always look forward to my routine checkups with Hebert Dental. They truly care about you as a person and that is hard to find these days. Diane always has my best interests at heart and is so professional and fun to be around. Would recommend to anyone looking for outstanding dentistry!!!

Very friendly and professional at the same time. Put me at ease. Described and explained everything before it happened. and During the procedure. Including the costs of add-ons. Felt comfortable and reassured. Confident that I was in good hands. Also, they did not cut corners that I had experienced once before with another dentist out of this area. I was used to high quality service and this is exactly what I received at Hebert Dental. High Quality service in a friendly, professional atmosphere.

They are very friendly and always attentive to your needs and comfort. I used to suffer with dentist anxiety and had to force myself to go. Now I look forward to going! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I feel a little weird clicking on five stars to say I "loved it" when referring to the dentist but it is what it is. I've always hated going to the dentist, and I won't say I don't still hate going to the dentist, but I hate it a lot less than I thought possible.

Dr. T and Amanda were both great. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Most medical or dental places you go are full of fake smiles and obviously phony, professional mannerisms. Everyone I met at Hebert was friendly and professional without the fake. They seemed to genuinely care.

I have a sensitive mouth made more sensitive by floss neglect (inflamed gums), a long time between professional cleanings, and a receding gum line that exposes many extremely sensitive, non-enamel covered areas. The hygienist was very sweet and as gentle as she could be while still doing a thorough job. She even went beyond just cleaning, lecturing on flossing, and sending me out the door, like every other hygienist I've ever gone to. She recognized that there might be some other things causing my gum inflammation and pain (which is a large part of why I didn't floss as much as I should) and went out of her way to help me clear it up to try fix the problem.

Even something as simple as the x-rays were more comfortable here because of the equipment.

The thing that impressed me, even more than everything else, was the communication through out the building. Between the hand radios and the computer network, they are able to communicate quickly and effectively. For example, I wasn't scheduled for a cleaning. They asked after the exam if I'd like to make an appointment for a cleaning that same day. I asked how soon I could get in and within seconds she could tell me that a hygienist upstairs had just opened up and she could squeeze me in.

The only downside to Hebert dental is the fact that they are well loved so they are booked solid. They'll do their best to get you in as soon as possible if it's an emergency or if you're in pain but you really have to make your appointments in advance. They are pretty busy, which is definitely a good thing.

Overall, thanks everyone at Hebert, sincerely, for making going to the dentist just a bit less painful than any other dentist I've been to.

Simplicity to this. Dr T is amazing. The other Doc, while has their name on the door, is a little harder to get along with. I'm sure someone gets along well with them.

Was supposed to of been referred to Endodontic Specialist. The referral was never sent. The pain is bad. Next appointment is next Wednesday which would of been this Thursday or Friday (did I say the pain is bad) Good Grief

My expectations at Herbert dental were exceeded! Their offices were very modern and well designed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The equipment was state of the art and well utilized. I can think of nothing negative to say about them. I highly recommend their services!
