Just want to thank Dr. Saade and staff for the great work on replacement tooth that had broken off. The entire procedure (impressions, tooth extraction and fitting of new tooth) was done i n one day with no side effects or complications. That is why they are voted number on e in the Bay area every year..

I have had four years of misery coming to this business. Orthodontist and treatment changed completely three times, two years of braces turned into four, awful students hitting me in the face with tools to the point I had to speak up to management, I have scars on both sides of my mouth from my it being ripped open every time I came in and SO MUCH MORE. To top it all off today they have the nerve to tell me that I owe over $4,000 for past treatments that I was previously told were completely covered by my insurance! I even signed paperwork saying so! If this matter isn't resolved I'm going to be forced to take legal action because this is honestly unacceptable. Do not sign your soul away to these people, there are plenty of other dentists a lot more deserving of your business.

I went in to receive a cleaning and was refused that simple procedure because I wasn’t willing to pay for a dental/doctors check up and all kinds of x-rays as well. So basically I felt like I was being held over a barrel to pay for all of the stuff and ultimately in the end was refused the cleaning that I came in for and was scheduled for. You would think that since dental cleaning is supposed to help your teeth and help with dental hygiene, that would’ve been something that any dentist/dental office would be promoting, But I guess not. It must be all about the dollars. They gave me some kind of bogus nonsense about what if they damage my teeth while doing the cleaning because I didn’t do all the other stuff, but in the past they’ve cleaned my teeth before the dentist checked them or the x-rays were examined. I even offered to sign a waiver which would’ve made them not liable for just simply doing the cleaning, but again that was not something they were interested in. The hygienist that was put on the spot and running back-and-forth between the doctor and the supervisor though was very nice and for that reason I still gave them two stars.

I drive a bit further just to go to Marny at Dental Associates. She's always kind and patient with a gentle touch. It never hurts to get my teeth cleaned!

Marni's experience shows in her precise care. She is friendly, Professional and I have to say she thinks it if the box when it comes to her work. Questions she asks the way she asks makes it easier to explain issues going on. I believe this needs a part in the back, a kudos and recognition.

I've never had a problem here. Is it a small cozy office with a single dentist? No. But have you checked rates at the small, single provider offices? The rates are crazy expensive. Dental Associates is able to give me personalized dental care at a price I can afford. As far as I'm concerned it's all good!

Took my son there a few years ago. Was told he needed FOUR cavities filled. They offered supplemental insurance through them to cover the cost my insurance did not cover. Their insurance costed $90. After they billed my insurance and took my $90 they billed me for an addition $400 some dollars!! They are liars about the cost and trap you into purchasing their supplemental insurance that doesn't do anything. After deciding to never go back they charged me over $20 for my son's records to be transferred and he was only their twice!

I like this place. My biggest "complaint" would be that my new dentist dx me with needing a root canal, 5 seconds after viewing my bitewings. Seems very hasty IMO. Great front desk personnel, comfortable waiting area, timely with my appointment, and nice hygienist. As a good advocate of my own health, I'll seek 2nd opinion on the root canal dx, but maintain my care here because I like this place.

All you have to do is look at my account from the past. My daughter was refused to get checked out because of a petty issue on my account, and I don't think that was fair to her mind she was Awesome with all of her appointments.. anyway idk how I am just seeing this reply now but good luck with everything forward with everything
