We’ve been going to Dr. Heidi for over 7 years now and couldn’t be happier! My boys are comfortable going back without me. The staff is clearly skilled working with kids. I appreciate the communication after the appointment is over with Dr Heidi personally. We definitely recommend!

We were out of network for years and I brought up how high our bill was the last couple visits and the biller was like right I agree but it should go down after insurance, well I got the bill and it went up lol... I'm fairly certain they knew this whole time and I'm somewhat sickened by the thousands I'm sure I threw away over the years for my family of 5. Yes yes yes, ignorance of insurance status is not thier fault I get it, I should've known better, it's just twice I asked them about how steep the bills were and they played dumb when I know they knew we were out of network the whole time. Dishonest.

Kate has been my hygienist for 9 years as well . She is a great hygienist! Friendly, good at what she does. She has a lot of experience. She has been working at her profession for 29 years.

Dr. Heidi is great. She very clearly and respectfully explained our daughter's dental issues and our options for dealing with them. Other places we've been focus too much on games and gimmicks for the kids, but our experience at GBFD focused on communication and health. We're happy to have our kids there.

Me and my spouse have been going to Green Bay Family Dental for many years now and for the most part have been happy with the services they provide. Having said that, the last two visits were very disappointing and after today's visit we have decided to seek different providers for our dental needs. They apparently have new people in their billing department and they don't know what they are doing. My spouse and I had appointments on the same day in March of this year and when they sent us the bill, all of the procedures for both of us were combined on the bill and nothing was itemized. The bill just showed date of service and charges for mystery services. They didn't submit the services to all of the insurance providers and as of 07/29/2021, they still don't have the billing straightened out. Today I had a cleaning and instead of just billing it like they have always done before, they made me pay the bill for the services they provided today before they would let me leave. I asked the person that was checking me out why he could not just bill it like they always have before and he informed me that the doctor insisted that I pay in full before I could leave. Today was my last visit to Green Bay Family Dental.
