Our family has had numerous visits to Green Bay Family Dental over the last couple years. Your staff is always so welcoming and knowledgeable. The ladies at the front desk helped a lot with explaining the charges and billing process. The kids area in the waiting room is super cute and clean with lots of different games for the kiddos. Dr. Heidi, Dr. Eric and the Dental Hygienists are so kind and are very good at helping us feel comfortable and in control of our dental care. We would definitely recommend you guys to anyone searching for a new dental clinic.

The staff is amazing and their work is phenomenal! They take the time to communicate so I can be comfortable throughout the entire process. Each member of the dental team here is personable. I also take my children here and they love it. When I explain its time to go to the dentist they are excited because they can go play with the giant “light bright” and make designs.

Today 08/05/2021 was the day I was supposed to get my braces off. When my mom called to confirm the appointment times, the receptionist told my mom I was not on the schedule. They told my mom that they canceled the appointment because she didn't pay the remaining fee even though we made it clear we would pay the day of the appointment because we have had loads of problems with their billing department. Their billing department is awful, we have paid thoisands to get my teeth fixed and for months my parents have been complaining because their billing department has made mistake after mistake regarding my braces. I was supposed to have my braces on for approximately 2 years and I am getting them off way before that. My parents are so fed up with them that they filed a complaint with the WDA. What makes us more mad is that as I am writing this we are on our way to an appointment that Conveniently opened up on the same day at the same time my original appointment was supposed to be. I am on my way to get my braces off. We will be switching to a new provider and we pray to god that my teeth are fixed because we feel they are taking my braces off too early because they don’t want to deal with us anymore. To anyone looking for a dentist do not choose them especially for orthodontics. As a 14 year old girl straight teeth are really important and I would not wish these issues upon anyone.

The Hygienist, Laurie, was not cautious when it came to flossing and I was afraid she was going to pull my crowns off. She also kept poking my tongue with the laser she was using to clean my teeth. I think she needs more practice? Dr. Ulve is great though.

Friendly, and efficient. They don't push unnecessary procedures or fills like other places have in the past. They talk through x rays and exams and help you understand options/treatment plans if necessary.

Friendly. The dental cleanings I have had are nice and gentle instead of rough. I had a crown put in, and was very happy with the results. They matched it very well to my old tooth.

Worst place ever! Dr Ulve promises certain pricing and then goes back on his word and puts you in collections. I couldn't afford what he wanted to do so wouldn't do anything but charge a lot of money in which I refused to pay. Actually sent a letter stating to go somewhere else. Took x-rays I didn't want unless my insurance covered them. They weren't covered so charged me which again not paying for. Very rude and unprofessional! Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Best dentist in Green Bay from my experience. Very friendly and accommodating. Orthodontics can also be done in the same building which makes appointments very convenient. Extremely knowledgable hygienists who seem to be very gentle and effective. The dentist Dr. Ulve is fantastic and always has great advice and treatments. Did a fantastic job reconstructing my son's broken tooth. 6 years later and it still looks perfect.
