Receptionist was extremely rude staring my insurance wouldn’t go through, which is fine but when she asked for my insurance card I said I’m working and unable to get it. I have a full time job and part time at a daycare which is where I was and she goes hmmm you bring babies to work with you? Extremely rude. Original dental team was friendly and good but she was very rude.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My 3 year old has his first appointment coming up and I wanted him to come with me so he would know what to expect. They were all very welcoming and engaged my son, showing him the equipment and talking him through what they were doing. They even gave him a picture book about going to the dentist. We've read it every night since! His appointment is 2 weeks from now and I know he's going to rock it because they were so great to him. The dentist was very thorough, explaining everything as she went. I am a new patient so it was my first pre-exam with them. I was going to schedule my cleaning at that appointment but they ended up having an opening right away. They got me in and I was done within 20 minutes! The techs were phenomenal, gentle and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to others!

We absolutely love Dr. Nobel and the Mac dental team! I recommend them to everyone looking (and not) for a dentist. They’re even great with my 2 year old who can’t stop talking about his teeth being shiny and wants to go back.

I was apprehensive of getting a crown due to a past, unpleasant experience with a previous dentist. Dr. Heuer at Mac Dental listened to my concerns. She also changed my perception of what getting a crown meant. My experience was quick, easy and comfortable. I would recommend her anytime.
