Wonderful job! I was greeted promptly and kindly upon arrival. When my wait time went over 15 minutes the receptionist let me know they were running a little behind but would be with me shortly. Dr. Russell was kind and polite the entire time, as were her assistants. Im so glad I have found this place!

I have been a patient at MAC Dental for 20+ years and have never had a single negative experience. My dentist, Dr. Sara Heuer, and the entire staff are so friendly, professional, thorough and most of all - GENTLE.
Other things that I like include:
*Billing is always accurate
*The office is always so clean and welcoming
*They explain what they are doing when I'm feeling nervous about my visit (which doesn't happen often)

I was seen promptly. No other patients were in the waiting room w/ me. Spacing in the waiting room was the appropriate 6 ft. All personnel were wearing masks the right way(covering nose, mouth and chin). The dental hygienist, Gina, was courteous and efficient and supportive. She explained the new procedures and all the changes that were being instituted. I felt very comfortable having my teeth cleaned in this office.

The most amazing dentist I’ve ever been to. The whole office was not only friendly and professional…but amazingly efficient and professional. They were able to get me in immediately as a new patient for an emergency situation.
Where my regular dentist said they couldn’t help me and made no effort to do so.
I can’t say enough about Mac Dental and I especially want to reach out to Dr. Michael Popelars along with assistants Ali, Sam and Kari. They literally saved my life and saved me from a great deal of pain. I would tell people not to go there only to keep this hidden gem to myself. But that would be too selfish. This dentist office deserves more accolades than I can even deliver. They will definitely be my dentists for the rest of my life. I just can’t say enough good things about all of them…they’re just amazing!!!

I’ve have gone to MAC Dental since the early 90s and have been impressed with their professionalism and care I’ve received over the years. I just had a new crown out in and the experience was pain free and very educational for me. They explained everything they did and used technology to ensure the permanent crown fit perfectly. It was a great experience.
