After my first visit to Dental Health Associates (Gammon and Old Sauk Roads) in about two years for dental cleaning, I posted on social media that not all dental hygienists are created equal. That's because the care I received this afternoon was the first dental cleaning in which thorough cleaning at my gum lines did not result in pain. As I wrote, I experienced zero pain. Nada, despite the hygienist's very thorough cleaning.
I was glad to learn, before I left, that my next appointment will be with this hygienist. Such great service deserves a return visit.

Arrived early, called the number on the sign out front. Checked In, walked in. Quick temp check and barely sat down before Hygienist ushered me back to the chair. Pleasant, professional, confident and competent. Made it a low-key, non-ordeal experience. Scheduled next visit, quick review with Dentist and on my way. Could not have gone any smoother. Check up from the neck up the way it should be. No reason to dread this, I almost enjoyed it. 10/10
