The nurse that stepped in to do my teeth today was super kind and easy to talk to, I believe her name was either Christina and Christine. She also made the trip to the dentist much more easy going and she gave me helpful tips to keep my teeth clean. It was greatly appreciated.

Came to them months ago. Told them my past experiences with dentists and my fears. The main dentist ignored what was said and still shamed me. Made me feel bad for being in pain while they dug at my gums. The accounting office also lied about how much I would owe them, and told me AFTER my procedure that it would be much more rather than before. Horrible service. The dental assistant was incredibly nice but the dentist himself was incredibly inconsiderate. Would not recommend.

Staff clearly explained steps for coming in, I was greeted at door professionally, waiting room time was negligible, hygienist was very nice and professional, and of course Dr. Roggensack is a great dentist. Who could ask for anything more! Highly recommend this dental practice.

Been treated well each time and fortunately I don't have any issues with my teeth so I can't speak to other care that they provide.
The only visual issue i have with the facility is the list of phone numbers for the pandemic which is a bit confusing so I called the wrong number which made me a bit late but I was fortunately noticed by the receptionists who rechecked me in at the right desk. (I called the wrong number)

A great friendly place. They are honest with you about what work you might need done, but also not trying to shake you down for it either. I have been going here for 9 years now and they have a first class facility with modern equipment and well trained staff.

I have no issues other than check in. I have given lots of feedback about the process; they stating your entire phone number and address out loud for accuracy purposes. I feel my (and others’) feedback has been heard, as I have seen changes, but from time to time, seems like it changed again. I am uncomfortable with reception stating my entire phone number out loud. Maybe ask the last 4 digits? RE: address- I was only asked the street name, no digits, and would have been very uncomfortable if all details were stated.
