I've been going there for 7 years now and have always had excellent, friendly service. Short waits, easy to schedule appointments, flexibility when things come up, they do a good job cleaning and are not too pushy trying to sell the extra services.
The only somewhat negative thing is that it seems the doctors and hygienists tend to leave every couple years. It's bad because you loose the rapport with the previous one, but at the same time the new ones always seem as good or better than the previous and it's enjoyable meeting new people.

My initial visit...was GREAT! Nice relaxed atmosphere and friendly-courteous service. I was seen promptly and they evaluated me efficiently and professionally. Even though a cleaning had not been scheduled, they fitted me in and offered me some add-ons without being pushy. I can really feel the difference with the Sonicare high-fluoride toothpaste. Really top-notch service and demeanor...OUTSTANDING!
