The personnel were very efficient and the hygienist called me in on time. Jennie made me comfortable for my first cleaning at this office. Dr Krueger was friendly and not in a hurry to exit the room. I know I will like going into this office for future appointments.

Had an after hours emergency as a result of an accident. I was not a patient of Acacia Lane, but Dr Bloch answered my call anyway. At 42 years old, and also an experienced healthcare provider, I can honestly say that this is the most compassion I have ever experienced from a collective group of people. The dentists were so kind and worked quickly to minimize the damage. It will be an extended course of treatment and I will continue as a patient of Acacia Lane! I’m eternally grateful for their skill and kindness!

These folks are amazing! I had an emergency visit that was necessary and couldn't wait. I called and they got me an appointment that very day, and I hadn't even been there before. It's a very comfortable place to be and they worked together more like a family than an office full of co-workers. I met their appointment and billing coordinators (Abby, Ashley, and Cookie) and the dentist's assistant, Darla, tended to me personally throughout my appointment.
Dr. Kroeger took time to answer my questions; he patiently explained the x-rays to me, and discussed future solutions to my individual situation. One of the things that is rare these days but that I appreciated most was ... he listened. I was pleased with the entire visit. By the time I left, I felt like family myself! A very kind and compassionate staff all the way around. Lord willing, I'll see them again.
