They preformed service that were not asked for, and that were not approved. Now I have a bill that's twice of what was intended because they decided to preform whatever service they wanted on my son before asking. Real sneaky.
Also, they sent out a bill and put the wrong last name on it lol🤣 idk who the heck they were thinking of with the last name they put but it wasn't even close to my last name....my last name is Cox, they put Kobija. 😅😅
When confronted about above issues, the receptionist was real bland, she obviously encounters complaints often, by the way she delt with me. She's like "oh whoops, I'll ask our techs"

Got a follow up call after I left my review. The lady I spoke to was very caring, understanding and apologetic. I was told that the following was due to a staff shortage, which is understandable. I really appreciated the apology,follow up and resolution. I will continue to use them as a dental provider and move forward knowing I'm in better hands now🙂
