Complete Dental offices will tell you they are in your PPO, however, this is only partly true. They have dental providers that do NOT belong to your PPO and you will unknowingly have your appointments scheduled with these providers so that you will then be responsible for what is "not covered" by insurance. They also have hidden fees/charges that they will play off as being covered but is not, again, leaving you responsible for items "not covered" by your insurance. It also seems if you become wise to their tactics, they will change item cost on the fly, so as to not ever owe a refund for what is "overpaid" by you and your Dental Insurance Provider. My advice is to stay far away from Complete Dental Decatur.

I have to have extensive work done over the next several months, and I've had the first portion completed by Dr. Nemec. The entire staff was very welcoming and accommodating, and they went out of their way to ensure that I could be seen in a timely manner. They also helped with all of the costs I'll be incurring over the course of my treatment plan. Dr. Nemec does excellent work, and I highly recommend them to any and everyone.
