I had visited complete dental care in June 2020. The staff was super friendly & very understanding to my needs. I don't have insurance & unfortunately at that time I could not afford to have my tooth extracted. However, they gave me a prescription(antibiotic)for the infected tooth. I'm very willing to return to them, for now I have the proper finances. I'm hoping they take me under their wing once again. The dentist herself was very kind hearted.
Update; I went in to have my tooth pulled, Dr.AshleyNemic & her team was very gentle and very compassionate. I will definitely be going back for all my dental care. Thank you all for what you do.

I always have a good experience with Complete Dental in Decatur. Doc Ashley and the crew are always professional and nice. Most fun you can have at the dentist. I am always relaxed when I am there.
Went today 06-24-2021 for a cleaning. Just set back relax and let them do their thing. They are so good you might just go to sleep while they work on your teeth. That's what I just about do. They will wake you when they are done. Always nice and do great work.

I went into their office where I was greeted by a receptionist who was very friendly and very informative on what credentials are needed to fill out the paperwork. I arrived early thinking that I was going to have a ton of paper to fill out butt because I went online there was actually nothing for me to do except have a seat in the waiting room. Even though I was 30 minutes early I thought now I'm going to be sitting here for over 30 minutes but I was called in immediately to the back where I met a dental hygienist who escorted me to the room in the chair where I was Made comfortable it was able to look at a TV while I waited for her to get things ready. She talked for a little bit and then looked at my mouth I started taking x-rays she was extremely gentle and kind and courteous and attentive to any sore spots in my mouth. When the dentist came in she was also very kind very courteous and very informative as to what was needed to set me on the right track concerning my teeth and gums. Afterwards I walked back to the receptionist who look for a time and day that was best suited for me and my busy schedule. I do believe that I have found a new home with the dentist and will not be going anywhere else for any Dental concerns.

After getting my molar extracted by a different dentist in a totally different city (BAD idea), I decided to go to Complete Dental because my husband goes there any time that he has any issues. They were SO sweet! I had my suspicions that I ended up with a dry socket after a week of being in terrible pain, and they confirmed it. They treated me with the utmost respect and cared about my health. Will definitely be going here from now on! 👍

I had 2 pretty bad back molars that were broke that needed to be removed. She was fast to say let's get them out and very patient when doing so to my comfort. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. I'm in my second trimester with super high anxiety and they went out of there to make me comfortable and to make sure everything went great. It's the day after and my mouth feels so much better! Thank y'all so much for being so caring and super wonderful at your job!!
