My wife and I both had first appointments today. We found the facility very clean and the staff very professional. We were told and shown problems that needed to be addressed. Upon leaving we were given a printout of needed procedures as well of the costs of each. The prices are very reasonable and there wasn't any pressure to make decisions. I am very happy, we have found a caring professional dental office for our future needs.

I had not been to a dentist in a few years and seriously needed to go, but I am horrified of needles and did not have insurance. I was in pain and searched the Internet for a dentist and after reading reviews decided to call Complete Care of Decatur. They got me in right away. Entire staff was amazing, put me right at ease. Receptionist is super nice on the phone. Everybody is super nice in fact. However there were extra things on my workup I didn't need... But you can go over that with your dentist.
However I was charged for filling 3 point cavity on a molar and only 2 of the 3 holes were filled. But the did a really good job on my crown, which was made with a 3D printer using resin! And I never felt a thing. The numbing shots worked great. I got gas the first time but I wound up not liking it at all and not needing it The next time. My face was nice and numb half the day.
And they do have the cheapest prices in town

I have been going to Dr. Nemec at Complete Dental in Decatur for about two years and this visit was the same as the others, Outstanding! The whole staff is very pleasant, professional, and well trained. Dr. Nemec explains and makes sure you know what your condition is and the options, if needed, available to you. She also gives good reports. After trying a number of different Dentist in the Decatur area over the years, going here is refreshing.

Everyone here was top notch! I’m very very nervous at the dentist almost to the point of just not going , but everyone there at Complete Dental in Decatur, AL was amazing . The lady at the front desk is absolutely the nicest and most genuine and caring lady I’ve been around in my life. She advised me just like a family member who cares about me would! And, the hygienist that cleaned my teeth was amazing. Her name is Tammy. She did not make me feel like my situation was horrible even tho I do have several issues going on with my teeth and gums right now . She was so gentle and so patient with my anxiety! She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and X rays. I seriously have never had anyone be that conscientious with my mouth ever!
I am very pleased with this place and highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!!

Best professional dentist I've ever had. I wouldn't go anywhere else now! Even after moving 25 miles away I still go back to Complete Dental in Decatur, because they're ALWAYS so good to me!
