VERY, very Happy with staff and all D.M.D.s.Very up-to-date Medical imaging. the office staff knows how to handle insurance issues that other offices cannot. Since using Family Care Dental I have had no problem with insurance denials or rejections. Most all approval from my healthcare provider have been approved, as they were deemed medically necessary.
FAMILY CARE DENTAL LORNA LOCATION HAS PUT A SMILE ON MY FACE !!.two close friends have started using them and are VERY HAPPY 😊

New to the area and didn't have a dentist. I woke up in A LOT of pain a day before having to go out of town and, Dr Upton and her staff got me in same day on about 3 hours notice as a new patient. Was nervous as all get out as I freakin HATE the dentist. Without even mentioning it, The Dental Assistant turned off the TV Ads and put on some Pandora Radio to help ease my mind. Maybe simple, but helped me immensely! Couldnt appreciate Family Care Dental more. Wouldnt think twice about going to another dentist. Professional, Caring, and Skillfull. What more could you want? You're going to the dentist....!

I arrive in excruciating pain, I didn't have an appointment and I was seen promptly with minimum wait. I was shown excellent customer service from the front desk to the dentist chair and I walked away pain free. I highly recommend Family Care Dental for your dental needs.

Terrible. Communication was awful. I set an appt for 2:30 today. It was confirmed through text a week before the apppintment. I then get a call on the day of the appt that says that they did not receive the confirmation and asked could I come in almost two hours later at 4:10. I confirmed that and said fine. While I am on the phone with family care dental, another person then calls and text me telling me they need to talk to me about the same appt. Wow. I do not pick up as Im now discussing this with a rep. Im finally on the way and I get yet another call saying I'm late. I'm thinking that is impossible because I have a voicemail saying 4:10 and I talked to someone who said 4:10. It is now 3:49 pm which means Im early. She then says my appt was at 3:40. How is it that they all have the same system but nobody has the same information. Im very frustrated at this point will not be going back and do not reccomend it at all.
