It Is NOT the right place for a family. first, they did a wisdom teeth surgery for me and "after around 6 months" I still have holes left. by the way, they said it's gonna take around a month for the holes to get fixed. second, they gave my sister an appointment, when she went right on time, they told her that her appointment was canceled. Third, a couple of days before my surgery, I went to do cleaning and polishing for my teeth. They spent around 15 and with NO noticeable results and "THEY USED A TOOTH BRUSH". finally, I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS CLINIC.

Very friendly staff and doctors. They show a lot of care in treating you. The only negative is the wait time which goes above what I consider normal. I have been back a few times after this and wait time has improved significantly

Has anyone had their wisdom teeth pulled at this location. I currently go to the Homewood location, but I was told the surgeons are in Hoover. So I’m just wondering do they give out medicine afterwards for pain? & do they also use the anesthetic that’s for your gums & not put you to sleep? I asked the ppl at the Homewood location but no one could give me details😒 I don’t even know whether I should eat or not.

Dr. Upton is the best dentist I have ever been to. The whole patient experience from the friendly front desk attendant to Dr Uptons chair side manner was very professional and friendly at the same time which automatically made me feel comfortable and trust her. Their equipment is state of the art and combined with the great service makes this a solid practice. I will definitely come back here.

When I got there I was called back in a decent time. They took my x-rays and then put me in a room and turned on a movie. I watched nearly an entire movie (2 hours) and no one even checked on or seen me. I finally just left without being seen. They seem to schedule more patients than they have dentists to cover them.

They got me in for a same-day emergency appointment with only a couple hours notice. Had X-rays, a treatment plan, and a tooth extraction done and walked out the door less than an hour after I pulled into the parking lot. Probably the shortest time spent waiting of any dentist I've ever been to.

Words cannot explain the amount of pain that I am experiencing , due to a negligent dentist. A dentist, who in fact, attempted with all of his might to pull the WRONG tooth. All the while telling me that it was my wisdom tooth he was trying to pull. Now I am in excruciating pain because the tooth that still needs treatment was tampered with , when it was not supposed to be. I kept asking this dentist," what are you going to do about my broken tooth"? . His response was ," yes that's A wisdom tooth". When it is no where near my wisdom tooth that you cant even see because THEY NEVER CAME IN. Now I'm in pain and probably with an infection because the tooth not only has been tampered with but has broken off even more from him trying to pull out . Please go to this place at YOUR OWN RISK, because you will leave worse than what you came in. This dentist there is obviously imcopetent and should NOT be able to practice. How could a competent dentist mix that up ? Then on top I payed a co pay for extractions that he all of sudden figured out he could not perform. Instead telling me that by looking at the x-rays from the previous visit. He lets me come in , miss work , pay, just to not get any work done. I have started the process for Dr . Jahal Pritpal to get his lid ensue remove for malpractice

Doctors and Staff are amazing and super sweet, they make you feel comfortable and do whatever it takes to make sure they help with any tooth problem you are having!! I was comforted my entire procedure and it was a lot more quick than other dentist office I’ve been to in search of a GREAT PROFESSIONAL dentist and they really are top notch so I will be returning to get all my work done by them and referring them to anyone needing a great dentist especially when you have an emergency that can not wait!!!

They got me in same day for an emergency appt. Did a temporary fix and worked up an affordable treatment plan. The staff is all great.
