Dr. Carl was very rude and impatient. He made me feel as if I had been assaulted. I have had bad experiences with dentist in the past and I have never had an extraction awake. I was a bit nervous I got “open your mouth “and does that hurt when I told him it hurt and a needle in my mouth with no warning. At one point he had his elbow in my chest when he was extracting my tooth. He had the nerve to say thanks afterwards. He rushed out of the room he did not ask if I understood what he explained in terms of post care. I asked if my tooth was infected his response “no, it will be”. He didn’t write for antibiotics and he sent me home with a prescription for ibuprofen. My point no small children should see him or anyone who has had bad experiences in the past. If you like it rough Carl is the dentist for you. They offered me dirty glasses to wear during the procedure. When I informed the assistant I got,”yes they are”. It makes me question their hygienic practices. No, I didn’t wear the glasses. You asked and so this is my opinion.

I would recommend this place it's clean, and I didn't have a long wait. I had and awesome dental hygienist Shannon she is really, really nice. She talks to you while working makes you feel cared for. Also she makes you forget your there at the dentist. Loved getting my teeth cleaned! Now who ever says that!!!

If I could give a negative star review then I would. This was my first and last time here. I waited over 30 minutes while hearing the staff laugh and talk. Completely unprofessional. Then they were rough with the cleaning. The chairs were wobbly and the environment was not welcoming. I was the first person there after lunch and someone that came after me was called to the back before me. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I love this place, especially the dental assistant. The atmosphere is very friendly. They were much better than the other choices I had went to. They took the time to explain to me my treatment plan in which I made a good choice. During the whole time I couldn't thank my dental assistant enough and let her boss know that she did a good job. I recommended them to some people and they will be coming..

I love coming to the facility. It is always clean and inviting. The reception staff is bilingual and always pleasant and professional. They really treat you as a valued patient. All concerns are addressed and cleared up to the patient's satisfaction. Dr. Patel is awesome
They will be doing all my dental procedures and I highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I visited Family Dental Care today and I had
a wonderful experience. First, they are open on Saturdays!! Hooray! The Dentist was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He explained everything in detail and I have already scheduled my second visit with him.
The staff was also warm, and courteous!

I was very pleased with my service here. From the minute I walked in I was greeted and felt the professionalism presented in the office. This office is very new and clean. Every staff member I encountered was very nice and gentle as going to the dentist makes me a bit anxious. I had some dental work done and very pleased with the results! I have continued to refer my friends and family to this office because of the superior dental care I received. Majority of the staff is also bilingual and they do a good job setting an appointment according to your schedule. Highly recommend !!

My crown had come off and it was a Friday night. I called Family Care Dental and I came right in Saturday morning. I was seen immediately. The Dentists were excellent, very professional and kind. Very attentive.
They did a great job. I wish they were in Tuscaloosa!!!
