This place was great. They were all very professional and not to mention Tracy made me feel so confident and comfortable. The hygienist knows her stuff! I’ll definitely be back. Phenix City location on 1/14/21. THANKS LADIES!!

Just wasnt happy when i left. Came in with a tooth ache and left with motrin and a 2 week wait. All they seem concerned with is very expensive treatments. I have insurance but it still doesnt cover the level of services they wanted to do. And when i asked about staggering and doing what is affordable they then told me that unless i went with this super expensive plan they would not be willing to do any other work. Even filling a cavity. They kept pushing their dental credit card on me and when i expressed concern about a dental credit card they assumed i had poor credit and told me they accept co-signers. I have decent insurance why should i need a credit card for some deep cleaning... when has deep cleaning ever cost 4k? Once i went to the dentist for the Root canal he also told me that Aspen is known for pushing expensive procedures and their credit card on people. He reccomended what he called a “normal” dentist and thats where i will be getting my crown done.

One good thing about aspen is everything is state of the art and it feels like a expensive clinic for the 1%. So if u can afford it i bet they are great. Just not budget friendly like they proclaim.

I truly appreciate the skill level the Dr. used when she pulled my tooth. Great use of local anesthetic. I suggest you inform ALL potential patients that you don't offer anything for pain, other than local anesthetic. By the time I arrived home from your office, I was in extreme pain. It all seemed very unnecessary to me.

The staff was very very sweet & helpful until I got in the consultation room. I feel like I was being pressured to go with this crazy expensive plan & the lady was getting frustrated with me cause I definitely was not falling for it. I also got a credit card in the mail that I knew nothing about !

I had a consultation for a simple cleaning and chipped tooth. I left feeling like I was put through a machine! The appointment took twice the time I was quoted and I tried to wait for the person to make a follow up appointment but I ended up just wandering the halls until I found my way out. Im 40 years old and have been going to the dentist every 6 months of my entire life and I have never had such an "unfeeling" dental experience.

I have no dentures, partials, cavities and still felt like I was put through the ringer. I was not hurt, prodded, ridiculed or demeaned in anyway but I did not feel safe, comfortable or appreciated. I will not come back and I would never recommend Aspen. That being said I did get xrays and the dentist came in for a few moments to look in my mouth to verify I didnt have anything wrong. I am going back tomorrow to sign a HIPPA release to have the records and the xrays (I paid for!) released in 7-10 business day to the new dentist I chose over Aspen. Sigh.

I also was recommended a procedure that is not and was not necessary, i refused the chemical prescription strength mouthwash and denied the procedure but was told because I did not accept the (unnecessary debridement) gingivitis procedure that they would not clean (polish) my teeth. Appauled! I wish I could upload pictures of my teeth right now, they are perfect, gums and all. Im sorry but if I dont want to give $100 dollars out of pocket for an optional treatment I shouldn't have too.

Me, myself, and my cavity-less mouth won't ever be back and it would take hell or highwater to ever recommend them for anything other then ripping someones teeth out...which I heard one of their dentist talking about while I was there, I shuttered. Ever see the little shop of horrors dentist?!

Aspen, I get it youre a chain but going to the dentist sucks for everyone...find your roots, try not to be the Walmart of dentistry and Aspen if you do choose to become a WallyWorld, lower your prices for sh*t we dont need.

Great customer service and stayed late to take care of patients after hours. Very comprehensive first visit that is free including x-rays. Very knowledgeable office manager to help with quotes and financing. Attentive nurses and hygienists. Thank you, Aspen Dental.

My wife had a dental emergency at the worst possible time, Dec. 23. While helping me work on some outside chores, a freak accident left her with three of her front teeth broken off at the root and, a dental bridge severely weakened. I was very concerned that, considering it was the day before Christmas Eve, our chances of getting her in to see a dentist were slim to none.

However, upon calling Aspen Dental, not only did they find an appointment in the area -- that same afternoon -- the wonderful customer service rep (thank you again Peggy) put my wife down for a free first visit!!

I just can't say enough about the outstanding customer service! It was a pleasure doing business with Aspen. We are switching all of our dental care to this fantastic company. Great job!! Thank you all.

I love this location ! They make you feel welcomed and they remember the smallest things about you. I don’t know the exact name of the jobs but she made sure I was comfortable and wasn’t rushing and her assistant was sweet and caring. They are a really good team and you can tell they love their jobs !

Before I walked in the door, I was feeling about as self conscious and low about my appearance as I have ever felt. But after I walked in, my whole life changed!!! EVERYONE in that office, treated me me with authentic dignity and respeoft. They are all true , caring, Professionals!
They truly gave me my life back!!! I love my smile !!!!
I cannot say enough good about each and everyone o the incredible members on this staff !!!!!
