Told me first visit consulting was free over the phone but charges me $75 when I got there. Then they said they only doing extractions but once I get in the back the dentist says they only doing simple extractions. Therefore, they lied and charged me to do nothing.

Went in for Denture consult. Staff friendly, knowledgeable. Took longer than expected. The entire process was professional. Quote was 1/3 my yearly salary, I considered $10,000 + very pricey.

Been here for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Came 15 early to make sure paperwork was done and all they needed was signature. Two people who came after me have gone back and still have not been called. Here for a routine visit. This is ridiculous and have another appointment to be at so leaving! Reviewing other reviews posted and can understand the low rating! Will not be going back!

I scheduled a appointment online specifically for a filling for my daughters front tooth. Nowhere on the site it say she'd have to wait for 4 appointments to have this done. Why have section for "Purpose of visit" if you then schedule the appointment then don't do what was chosen for the visit.

Great with scheduling appt. Excellent staff. But I only went in to have my broken tooth fixed. Kept trying to sale me what I didn't come for. I understand that I could use other work but I only wanted my one tooth fixed.

Great experience here. Dr. Sarah and the hygienist Victoria were very thorough and explained my treatment in detail. Gentle too. I can’t wait to get started on my Invisalign!!!! Would recommend to everyone!

Dr. Sarah and Shannon was amazing! I am so afraid of the dentist but Shannon talked with me amd calmed me down and Dr. Sarah made me feel comfortable. If you are looking for a dentist that really cares about her patients, you should see Dr. Sarah at the Phenix City, Alabama location.

Can we put a negative 5 star. I am in so much pain, called the office because they want to clean my teeth first. I can not even drink anything how an I going to handle them spraying water in my mouth!. They insisted that I need the cleaning first due to a bacterial infection, so give me an antibiotic. I would not recommend this Aspen Dental office to anyone.
