I want to first start out by saying everyone in the Phenix City office is very kind and sweet and really eager to take care of you. I had to get a tooth pulled today and they took care of me like I was their child. Making sure I was ok throughout the whole process. I was in extreme pain and they made sure to get me squared away. Secondly the dentist Mrs Sarah she was amazing during the process of pulling my tooth making sure I was ok and if anything was wrong all I had to do was say something. Which nothing was wrong she did great. I will recommend this office to anyone who needs there teeth pulled or worked on .I want to thank everyone in that office for this wonderful experience I had and I'm so happy I got my pain relief. Thank you so much and I will make sure to tell everyone about y'all.

The staff here is great! Dr. Lauderdale was thorough and explained everything to me in detail. The hygienist kelsie was able to get me in that same day for my cleaning. The entire staff was very welcoming! I would recommend this office- excellent service!

The employee's there are very nice. The dentist Dr. Sarah, took good care of me. She made sure that the abscess was drained and clean out so that she could pull my infected tooth right on out. She'll be the only dentist to touch my teeth when they need pulling. Thank you Dr. Sarah.

I recently went for a full set of dentures and in 24 hours I received the best fitting pair of dentures ever. The staff in Phenix City is awesome... I highly recommend them. They fit you perfectly and you don't need any adjustments.

Worst ever. They’re nice, yeah but my boyfriend and I scheduled an appointment for a CLEANING. We got there, signed paperwork, took us back and just told us everything that was wrong and gave us prices and sent us out. Didn’t even get our cleaning. Ridiculous.

Everyone was very polite and friendly but that's where it stops it goes no further. Was in severe pain with infection all they did is make my tooth hurt more referred me to another dentist which can't send me for a few days and I am currently sitting in the ER with a huge abscess and they're asking why I didn't get any pain medicine or antibiotics I said good question. An abscess and infection in your mouth I'm sure you know this is real serious could enter the bloodstream I'm sorry they didn't find it to be of emergency. My family has tried to Aspen Clinic in Columbus Georgia now the one in Phenix City Alabama I would never return to another one again nor will anyone in my family.

Going to Aspen Dental felt a lot like i was going through McDonald's drive through. As while the staff is respectful, I really felt like i was being rushed through my appointment. I did not get all my questions answered satisfactorily and in the end I chose a different dental practice.

The staff was overall very friendly and understanding. The assistant and dentist was absolutely gentle and caring. I will update with names of staff that deserve recognition.

Please do not go here especially if you are on a budget. You may go in to have a simple toothache addressed because they are convenient and can get you right in. However, your roped into having a deep cleaning (while your already in pain) and then finally the toothache addressed. But it doesn't stop there. By the time you walk out, they have taken advantage of your state of pain and know you aren't thinking clearly due to the toothache and then before you know it you have this dental plan of action that will cost thousands of dollars. They know you don't have that kind of money available, so they have you sign up for their credit and have changes even before the work has been done. I wish we had read social media reviews before we went there because we are now in the same situation with the horrible experience.
