The staff was super friendly but the doctor wasn't. When asked a question about something else he had repeated what he had first said as if he wasn't listening. I got the vibe that he didn't really care he just wanted the money. I am trying to get my life back on track after family tragedy and didn't have the money he was asking for. He seemed like I was supposed to pay off his house or buy him a new car.

Maria is AMAZING! She was so kind and got us in fast! She was so friendly and comforting when we came in. The office staff understand and wants to make a potentially uncomfortable situation good. We highly recommend them!

I've invested over 9 grand at this location. My crown fell out and they told me they close at 4pm today, and cant see me for 2 days. They installed the crown. You can not call yourself urgent on call dental an close at 4pm till the following day
I'm an emergency commercial service. I do on call. This is in acceptable change ths name of your business, I really hope you guys dont take short cuts in people mouths too

The staff was very friendly but Dr. Ellsworth was not helpful. I was in immense pain and not in any shape to make a decision to pull the infected molar or to try to spare it. The doctor did not listen to what I saying regarding current medications I take. I have infection that is starting to work its way into the bone. The doctor would not prescribe me anything for pain only amoxicillin for the infection. I am not able to take things like Tylenol or most NSAIDS with a current med I must take, I am pretty sure this guy was thinking I was drug seeker (Which I am not), and then told me to take Tylenol which I can't. All I got from this place was what was causing the pain. The main website stated come here in pain and you will leave comfortable which is a crock of BS. This place was a waste, I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied with how I was treated by the doctor. He seemed like he was just out of school and didn't have any confidence whatsoever. I am supposed to go there Saturday for an extraction, I will get novicane probably but he said following up he also would NOT prescribe anything for me, not even to help for a day. I am guessing I will wait, I don't like this place. You come in pain you leave in pain. Go somewhere else.

Called on Sunday with an abscess tooth. Was given an appointment for the time it would take to get me there. The doc wasted no time and extracted the tooth. He also discussed further options and pulled no punches. I would recommend them to anyone.

My son had a stubborn baby tooth that was not coming out, a few minutes in Dr. To was able to get it out and give my son relief. The staff here is wonderful and I am so thankful!!

Hi! I just want to say the staff there is amazing. The staff is awesome and the Drs are great.!!!!!I went in there for a toothache and they explained all my questions and were sooooooo helpful . Thank you oncall dental urgent care.. You guys rock hardcore!!!!And btw , Angie is a sweet , nice , pretty assistant in the Tempe office. I apprieciate the kndness I recieved there in that office. This place is awesome! Clean, fast, and friendly! Sabrina greeted me with a warm welcome/smile and Monica the dental assistant and Dr. Wallrich were very kind, gental and patient! Sabrina let me know the cost of everything before they did any procedures, They were all very helpful and knowledgeable! 👍👌

The staff is excellent they make you comfortable. The Dental staff are very professional and they explain step by step your process and go beyond without charging you for every little thing. I just came from a horrible experience and it was like night and day.
