This was my first time getting a root canal and it was the best dentist visit I’ve ever had. The doctor and assistant were great people and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. I’ve had other good dentist visits but this one tops them all. I really appreciate their kindness, helpfulness and professionalism. I was actually very impressed by how they handled everything. I went here for an emergency visit, and was told to come in on a Sunday, how amazing is that. The staff is so friendly, great customer service and the office is clean and inviting. The Doc was awesome, straight forward and very attentive to my issues. I could not wait to brag about my experience to friends and family 💓💕. I will be going back for my follow up appointments soon. I would recommend you give them a try. This review is from a person who doesn't like the dentist office, but on-call dental has been a game changer

Dr. To and his staff at OnCall Dental UC in Glendale, AZ was the absolute best. One of my molars was giving me excruciating pain, and my general dentist recommended a root canal after testing the viability of the nerve. The endodontist that they referred me informed me that they would not be able to do the procedure right away and I had to wait 3 weeks! If anyone has every dealt with dental pain, 3 weeks sounds like a lifetime. Luckily I was able to find Dr. To. The process was absolutely painless and Dr. To took great care in making sure that I was comfortable. Not only was Dr. To great, his staff was amazing! Everyone was kind and courteous and made me feel very comfortable, as someone who has extreme anxiety going to the dentist. I highly highly recommend Dr. To and his team!

I needed an emergency tooth extraction last week due to a breakage! They were able to fit me in the next day. Front desk workers and hygienist were all polite and understanding of my discomfort. The surgeon was friendly, caring, and professional. He had a great sense of humor even with my tough tooth removal. He took the time to listen and ease my concerns. My follow up appointment today was more of the same. He was able to explain some practical and preventive steps to do regularly. Thanks for everything!

I went in a year ago to see Dr. To and he and his team are miracle workers!
I have antibiotic staining on my teeth and was always insecure about my smile my whole life. I would avoid smiling for pictures or just smiling in general. Him and his staff were very knowledgeable and guided me through their options and processes. After several quick visits, I now have the smile I would only have dreamed of.
It took awhile to get used to, as I was still fighting the urge to smile (it was pretty much second nature to avoid smiling my whole life). However as time went on, I found my self laughing and smiling naturally with my teeth on full display. I am still amazed by their work every morning when I see my teeth in the mirror.
If you can’t tell by now, his dental practice is highly recommended. I can’t emphasize enough what a great and life changing experience this was for me.

OnCall Dental Urgent Care made my 2021 Christmas! I was in town visiting friends for Christmas and broke my front tooth my first night in town. They were open Christmas Eve and even though there was alot of emergency calls the whole team happy to be there. They was able to fix my tooth quickly and professionally. All the employees were friendly and helpful taking me in as a new patient from another state. If I lived in Phoenix, I would definitely be a returning patient. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Had zero pain during my tooth extraction and my root canal that were done together. I had both done in less than an hour and a half! The savings plan also helped since my insurance plan doesn't kick in for three more weeks and I just couldn't wait that long with how much pain I was in. I was able to get an appointment for 12 hours after I called which was great because I couldn't imagine waiting with how bad my pain was. Thank you guys and ladies!

Staff were all nice n professional. Dr. To is patient, compassionate, good listener and knowledgeable in his field. He made me feel comfortable and at ease ,which made me relax and trust him because I have had a few bad experiences with dentists in the past so I would recommend him to any one in need of dental care. 😀💯

The dentist is amazing. He is so friendly and caring. He always makes sure I am comfortable and numb before he starts. Also, the front desk girls and the dental assistants are fantastic as well!! 10/10 totally recommend!
