I came in today with what I thought was a failing crown knowing that I was out of network. I told them I’d be totally ok with spending whatever it took to get back to feeling normal again regardless of insurance coverage. After X-rays and exam it was determined that my suspected tooth was not even the issue and it was the tooth next to it. After consultation with the doctor it was resolved with a super quick and painless adjustment and at a fraction of what I was prepared to spend to be comfortable. As of now I am out of network with them but January 1st I hope to be and they will no doubt be my new primary care dentist.

I have severe anxiety going to the dentist but everyone at on call dental makes me feel comfortable and valued. They make sure that I have what i need to be comfortable. I moved to surprise but make the drive here because it’s the only place I’ll go.

So far amazing care, went in for a second opinion about a toothache and found out the other dentist lied about seeing an infection on my X-ray. The doctor was very thorough in his examination and explanation. Answered any all questions I had and gave me a solid game plan for treatment. I have a root canal and crown scheduled in a few days here’s to hoping that goes as amazing.

Was able to make an appointment easily and within my time after I experienced a broken tooth over the weekend. All the staff were super nice and very friendly. Answered all my questions and overall would recommend them if anyone I know ever has a dental emergency

I recently began grinding my teeth in my sleep which caused pain in one of my teeth. I foolishly decided to use my personal dental tools to dig at my gums which caused a wound that got infected. I work 6 days a week so having time is not an easy task for appointments. Even during the current epidemic I was able to get in the following day which was very necessary as the pain was unbearable.
Nadine was unbelievably easy going and made me less nervous as I have never had any dental issues prior. She took my x-rays, asked questions about my personal life and made my anxiety decrease.
After assessment with Dr.Lee it was concluded that my self diagnosis was completely off.
Nadine proceeded to talk to me about my options to come in for my follow up with them and provided me information with cheaper options if desired. Needless to say, due to the service I booked with them again for my follow up.
She then educated me about proper care for my teeth. Note: you need to floss your cheeks as well as plaque is all over the entirety of your mouth and not just your teeth. Who would have thought?
The silver lining to my dental tragedy and pain was finding these guys. The receptionist was super sweet, friendly and genuine. The nurse was welcoming, friendly, easy to talk to and open. The doctor was quick, efficient and honest.
Just an all around great experience in every which way minus the bit of pain which is unavoidable in my situation.
I adore this staff and truly wish more medical/dental places were like this one ♡

This was the best dental experience I have ever had. I went in for a cleaning and some cavity work. Dr. To explained everything to me every step of the way. He took extra time to clean my teeth and he told me that it looked like I have never had a cleaning before. My teeth look and feel completely different after Dr. To finished with them. He removed years of plaque and even thought me how to correctly brush my teeth. None of my dentists have ever been so thorough and caring. My teeth are better than ever!

I have had a bad time in the past trusting a dentist from what happened to me. They made me feel so amazing and Dr. To is a true professional. I am moving my whole family here for our future dental needs. They really helped me with my emergency I had.

I called on my break at work asking if they took walk - ins and they said they could that day. I let them know that I would be leaving my work at noon and they happily took me at 12:30pm AND were on time and efficient. My insurance wasn’t working as it was an older one and the girls at the front desk helped me get that squared away very quickly and were so patient and kind about it. I went in with an impacted wisdom tooth and naturally I was pretty scared. I freak out at anything medical. The entire staff was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. The dental assistant, Desiree, was such a sweetheart & the doctor, Dr. To, was professional, to the point, and very friendly. Both listened throughly to my concerns and took care of me the same day and the whole process took maybe an hour and a half — possibly less. I am so happy because I was able to establish this office as my primary dental care and am looking forward to coming back for my routine visits + any other issues that may arise in the future!

I went to On Call Dentistry Urgent Care late Friday afternoon after being unable to get a same day appt with my current dentists at Arrowhead Family Dentistry even though I had been a patient there for 15 years.
Initially I went to AFD a couple of months ago to have a cracked tooth repaired. They saw me on 3 occasions but were not able to fix the problem.
I contacted On Call and advised them that I thought my tooth had become infected and that my cheek was swollen and I was in extreme pain. They stated that they could see me in 2 hours.
Dr Bui examined and observed that the tooth was still cracked and had indeed became infected. He extracted the tooth and did a bone graph. I’m pain free and grateful that On Call was able to see me on short notice. I would recommend On Call for anyone that needs urgent dental assistance.
