Been trusting them with my dental work for almost 10 years now. I've never had anything but a pleasant experience and quality work. I'd say that speaks volumes.

Great staff with very short wait time. Dr. Smith was professional and courteous. My hygienist was gentle and thorough. Thanks for making a great first impression. It's great to find such a friendly dental office.

Was looking for a dentist closer to home and decided to try this place out. Called ahead and had them verify insurance and also made sure that routine cleanings and x-rays were covered at no out of pocket charge (just like at my old dentist for 20 + years). They confirmed that there would be no charge. So I go to appointment and service was ok. As I checked out to leave they tried to sell me everything in the book (I get it that’s just business). Then I get a bill in the mail for $35. I call and the lady tells me that my insurance didn’t cover all the c-ray charge. Hmm I called ahead and verified? She couldn’t give me a good explanation as to why. Long story short is this is the best $35 spent before I changed me and my 5 dependents over to this place. Sad thing is that im not sure anybody other than the lady answering the phone knows how they are deceiving people.
On to the next dentist or maybe back to old one.

Update to owner response. Since you're so good at explaining everything, including my personal information, please explain how prior to my appointment you confirmed with my insurance and relayed this to me prior to my appointment that all scheduled procedures you were to performed were covered? Maybe you didn't disclose your rates to my insurance? Maybe you didn't know how to verify correctly?
Bottom line is - you said all was covered prior to and then billed me for what you had said was covered. And now blame my insurance company.

**UPDATE** Dr Tran is an excellent dentist at Estrella Mountain Dentistry. If you ever need a dentist in the West Valley. Dr Tran and the Smiths are amazing at what they do!! I have been going to Estrella Mountain Dentistry for four years! Thank you Dr Tran and her team, treatment coordinators for always helping me and getting me taken care of for years! I still give them five stars to this day! The best in Valley!

My first time at this dentistry was awesome! A great impression, and I'm impressed with the service, they were so helpful from the schedulers to the dentist! Very professional! The procedures and technology was impressive! They walked me through the whole process from fixing a broken tooth to paying my bill that needs immediate attention! Will be returning because I love the dentistry's vision, family oriented dentists. Love that! The website was informative! They offer the option Carecredit if you do not have health insurance. The visit was very relaxing, almost forgot i was nervous! Thank you! It was worth every star!

We’ve gone to Estrella Mountain Dentistry and seen Dr Adam Smith for the last 9 years and never once had a poor experience! The office is very clean and inviting. All of the staff and techs are always smiling and pleasant. Dr Smith made a skilled recommendation for me on an extraction and implant and I couldn’t be happier with my smile. I honestly look forward to my appointments. Look no further than Dr Smith for your dentist you won’t regret it!

I absolutely love this dentist office! Always super friendly staff and for someone who used to hate going to the dentist, I look forward to my regular cleanings now and do my best to take care of my teeth. Can't say enough good things :)

Appointment was on time. No wait time which was a delight compared to most doctor appointments. Technician was very pleasant, knowledgeable, proficient and professional. Attention to detail and sensitivity toward the patient’s needs lead to a very pleasant experience. For a visit to the dentist office… That is saying a lot!

I visited a few dental clinics in search of a good dentist since I moved here. And I found Estella Mountain Clinic. Dr. Smith is my dentist whom I trust and I am his patient for many years now. His staff are very courteous and efficient. I want to express my sincere thanks to Suzanne who is my hygienist who not only cleans my teeth but also shows me how to improve my dental hygiene. I recommend Estella Mountain Clinic to everyone who is looking for a good dental clinic.

Staff was great, their billinng is an abolsute mess and I wil not be going back. My wife and I have gone there many times over the last 1.5 years and believed everything to be good. Now we are receving a bill for over $500 for services perfermed over a year ago and they can't proivde me any answers. I would not have gone back after the first vist had they given me real quotes and done their job as professionals to proivde me with an accurate price. No one in my family will be using them or their children's dentistry.
