I had a great experience. I needed to get a root canal done on my front tooth. Dr. Smith took X-rays and explained what he thought would be best. Before any work was done, I had a consultation about the costs and future appointments. Once I agreed, we began the procedure and it was not bad at all! The procedure was done in about 30 minutes and I was in very little pain the following day. Very grateful for Dr. Smith and his team!

I chose this place because of the good reviews but now i regret it so much. I had 8 fillings done on January and i was told my out of pocket cost will be $600 after insurance and now they sent me another bill for another $296 which is crazy i called them they keep saying we told you it was an estimate but how on earth someone gives you an estimate with this huge difference the estimate should be close to the real amount. On the recipe i received shows $600 i paid and $896 is going to be the insurance estimated balance but what i got from my insurance explanation of benefits shows the $600 they paid and $896 is going to be my responsibility which makes me think that the estimate was right but the office made a mistake and switched the amounts and now they don’t want to be blamed and keep saying i signed for it that the amounts are estimated seriously????? They got the estimate mixed and gave me the insurance estimate, if i knew it would cost me $896 after insurance i would never ever agreed. Please be aware this place overcharge you.

The billing is accurate and explained throughly. All of the front office staff are friendly and helpful.
I cannot say enough about the quality of care. Each procedure is explained and Dr. Smith takes the time to address any questions and concerns. Dr Smith is knowledgeable and will do more procedures than any dentist I’ve ever used. From cleanings to extractions and implants, the practice offers as close to one stop service than any practice around.
My wife and I are long term customers. With outstanding service and value, we are unlikely to ever change.

I have been to a lot of dentists over my lifetime and Dr. Smith is by far the best one. He has done a number of procedures on my teeth including several implants and they have worked out well. He does the procedures very fast, with little or no pain and the results have been outstanding for me.
The office is very nice, clean and friendly. Cari has cleaned my teeth a number of times and she does a great job - and fast too. The entire staff is professional, been great and I will never go to another dentist.

Well everyone was friendly and welcoming. The hygienist did a great job and Dr. Tran was very kind. I had a great experience!!! Dr. Tran has a great attention to detail. The hygienist is very helpful and gave me options to solve a problem that may be less of an expense. I love going there.

I'm so happy I came to this office. I needed emergency care on a Friday and the denstist office I was suppose to go to turned me away. I swollen and in horrible pain. We called and Rachel was so kind to me and had me come in right away. Dr Tran is the best! She stayed and her staff past closing to help me. I have tons of horrible experiences in the past at other offices that kept me away from keeping up on my teeth. Now that I found this office I don't feel that away anymore. I'm so thankful for all of them that helped me.
