I'm a new second time patient at this dentistry office and so far my expirience has been very good. The office stuff is friendy and they remaind me about my appointment before and on the due date. The office is very clean, orderly and the technitians too. I had a good experience with Ally about cleaning my teeth. She was very nice and did a good detail cleaning my teeth. Now with the covid 19, my appointment was on time, I called when I arrived at the office and it went very smooth. Thanks to Estrella Mountain Dentistry for your great service it's not easy to find a new Dentist but I think I just found it!

The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Smith is knowledgeable and friendly yet down to earth and sincere. The office is clean and cheerful. The atmosphere is calming which is extremely important to all patients but critical at the dentist as many patients suffer from anxiety over having dental. Last visit a assistant for the doctor came in to greet me when I was in another cubicle getting a cleaning. That attention to detail means a great deal to me and keeps me coming back.

It is unfortunate that this facility has been unable to accommodate my request, as the staff was friendly and I got nothing but professional treatment from all providers.
Upon receiving an estimate from the office for $300, I was fitted for retainers. A few weeks later I return to their office to pick up the product as I am surprised to find the charge is now $600. Apparently the estimate was not only inaccurate, but improperly coded in the system. What should have been one upper and one lower retainer was billed as two uppers. Due to this misconception that it was the same treatment the insurance company provided an inaccurate estimate.
I instantly return the retainers and ask for a refund. The manager respectfully declined, and proceeded to let me know that in the fine print I signed, it states that I am responsible for the remaining amount. I then left the retainers at the office, and called later to ask if I can pay with a payment plan. They said that they do not accept payment plans, only care credit.
I still do not have the product, and they just billed me $300.00. I wouldn't recommend getting any treatments other than annual checkups and regular cleanings. Their inability to communicate with patients and diffuse situations such as this makes it difficult to see this as a "professional" practice. It may seem juvenile, but I will be paying my bill in full, leaving their product at the office and returning to a different dentist that is credible.
