I am leaving on an extended trip out of the country. About 14 days before my travel date I experienced a toothache. I called my dental office, explained my tooth pain and my travel situation and they were so great at fitting me into their schedule the next day. I saw Dr Line, who, after examining my tooth, referred me to a great endodontist. I got an appointment right away and ended up having a root canal. But…I needed a new crown ASAP since I was going to be gone for several weeks. Once again, I called the dental office. They worked me into their very busy schedule and I have a new crown, no pain and am 4 days away from leaving on my trip. The office staff was so great. They are so welcoming when you arrive at the office, you know what the cost will be before the service is provided and everything is well explained. Dr Line and his technician, Eric, were very careful to tell me exactly what was being done through the procedure and I can’t believe how painless it all was, literally and financially!! I am totally thrilled with their great customer service!!!

Dr. Downing is an amazing dentist- she is very knowledgeable, patient & skillful. She is thorough in her exams, cleanings & treatment. Autumn, Eric & Alyssa are wonderful assistants, who are also knowledgeable and make you feel welcome. The front office staff, Kerry & Katie, were very efficient and kind as well, and made check in & check out as easy as possible. I was very pleased with my daughter's appointment and will be bringing my whole family here year after year.

I give the staff, girls at front desk 5 stars, however the entire experience 2 stars. We waited 45 min past our appointment time before being called back. Very clean office. Quite surprised at the cost of our procedures, seemed like charge was padded to insurance so in the end we had to absorb the difference. Two patients left prior to being called due to over 1 hour wait.

I told him my situation before I was seen by them they told me in the beginning that they can accommodate me They saw me did an initial exam and then refused me back two fix the problem will not give reason why I am handicapped in a wheelchair so I have no choice to assume that they don't want to tell me because it has to do with the fact that I am either handicapped or the fact that I am poor so I guess I will have to pursue a lawyer and possibly lawsuit

I scheduled this appointment 6 months ago for January 25th, waited almost 45 minutes to find out there machine was broken to do the teeth cleaning which I understand. Rescheduled 2 weeks later and had my teeth cleaning done for the doctor to only clean 4 teeth and send me on my way. Wasn’t there for more than 20 minutes . This place has gone down hill very quickly the past few year and will be looking for a new dentist office. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Had a crown fall off. They ware able to squeeze me in at the end of the day. The staff was extremely nice and was able to take care of me. Definitely recommend Prescott Valley Dental

I purchased their SMILE Insurance from them because I like to get my teeth cleaned 3 times a year. Since last April they had both of their dentil hygienist quit and Still have not hired anyone new. Needless to say I have not been able to get my teeth cleaned and now they want me to purchase another year of insurance. I asked to get my insurance money back but they really don't care. Currently looking for new dentist.

What a blessing! New to Prescott and found an amazing dentist first time. Staff is so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make both my husband and me comfortable. 1st time my husband left the dentist happy and is actually excited about returning for his treatment plan
