Our family LOVES this office. Friendly staff! They got me in quickly and I had absolutely NO pain during my root canal and crown. I got the crown the same day and it feels like my natural tooth. So excited to be out of pain and have a great looking crown. My kids love it too! They have video games in the office and I got to watch HGTV on the ceiling during my procedure. Highly recommend!

I retired as a dental hygienist three years ago from a excellent dentist I worked for for 14 years. Shortly after I retired, my dentist retired and so I kept up with my cleanings with the dentist that bought his practice. I moved to Dewey and had no real loyalty to the new dentist so rather than drive to Scottsdale twice a year, I decided to try and find a dentist near my new home.

I used my insurance list and online reviews to decide which dentist I would try in the area.

There's a lot of things I was looking for to know I would continue at that office. And it's not just that the dentist is nice or his front office is nice (which they are!). I'll give you my list. The rooms were wrapped in plastic for infection control. The instruments were in sterilization bags. I walked by the sterilization area and it also is wrapped in plastic. The assistant had worked for him for 4 years and loved him. She also said the last dentist she worked for she wouldn't even let her family members have treatment done by but Dr. Nikolaus was allowed full access to her family. (I used to use this analogy A LOT to give people confidence because it's so important). The office is all Digital. The cleaning by the hygienist was thorough, painless and she has also had a lot of dental work done by Dr. Nikolaus. (Keep in mind people reading this review, hygienists are crazy about their mouths and won't let just anyone work on them). I asked how he was about buying her good instruments and things she needs and she just went on and on about how supportive he is of her. She did have the highest quality instruments on her tray.

This seems minor, but when I went in the office was rather busy. Dr. Nikolaus came out to the lobby to get me. Why does this mean anything? Because it says he's a team player and he doesn't feel like he's 'too important' to go invite a patient to come back. (Most dentists ego's will not allow them to do this).

When I went in I knew I had a problem with my upper right first molar. At this point I felt completely comfortable enough for him to work on my tooth. I needed a crown, it was done in the office, I had no pain during the injection, during the prep or during the seat. He made sure I could floss around it and I have had no problems with it since then, three days later.

I have already referred my husband, my two neighbors, and my grandmother and they will be scheduling soon. (I of course was the guinea pig)

I have had a couple of older crowns (installed many years ago elsewhere) come loose the past couple of months.
I am very happy with how quickly they saw me and also how thorough the staff were in examining and then recementing my older crowns back into place.

My husband and I switched to Prescott Valley dental and have had two cleanings. Dr. Sarah Hansen has been very professional and has a caring disposition. The hygentist, Kristi Park, is very thorough with cleanings and has great personality. What I like most is that there has been no pressure to get unneeded procedures and the front office is upfront with cost prior to work being completed with no unexpected fees.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Uber modern equipment and techniques. Took a while to get in for new appointment due to constant changes in State and CDC guidance for Covid. Worth the wait, look forward to a long relationship with this Dentist!

I was so pleased with this dental office the staff was very friendly, caring and organized, Dr Nick was the best, he let me know in advance and as he was working on my teeth what he was doing, and why. I loved that. Great bedside manner. No waiting time, I had a great experience. Highly recommend this office.

Like everyone, I have been going to dentists my entire life. Dr. Reifman's office is far from my house and a trek to get to, but since he and entire staff are the best, it is worth the trip.

They are consistent, focused and give you a very personalized experience. I no longer fear dentists because of their staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Reifman's office if you have any dental needs.

My husband had oral surgery to prepare his mouth for a full set of implants. The first set of temporary teeth broke after 3 weeks when they were supposed to last until a permanent set was made. Dr. Nick said my husband had to pay an additional 1500.00 when that was not in the treatment plan. He argued back and forth with him but he held the power because my husband needed teeth. 1 month later they sat useless in the cabinet because they broke again. The only positive aspect of the experience was Christy Ann who handled finances and she was always kind and respectful. She is no longer there and was replaced by Andrew who further bullied my husband with threats about ruining his credit "well it's your credit that will be ruined". We have an explicitly spelled out treatment plan which my husband pays 700.00 monthly on and has never been late with a payment. This is not a way to treat a patient after finances were already agreed upon in that document. Within one month of receiving the permanent set they broke eating a cheese and avocado sandwich. After missing work again they were sent to the lab to be glued. 4 days later they broke again. My husband was called and told he would be sent 1800.00, to find another dentist and that he was dismissed. I will repost this every week until something is done about this. My husband's name is Rikk and they know who we are. Do not get implants at this facility.

I've been going to Dr. Reifman for at least ten years. Never had a bad appointment, never had a bad experience. He and his staff have been nothing but courteous, professional, and caring. They've never forced me to buy any product or procedure that I didn't think would be beneficial to my health. Dr. Reifman is a nice guy, always happy to see his patients, and well-versed in the latest dental technologies. And Jody is an amazingly thorough hygienist. He and his office get five stars from me.
