Called to make an appointment and it was a National call Center. Was told next available appointment was first week in November and that someone would call me back within 24 hours later! No return call so I called the National Call Center again 5 days later and the next available appointment is now the first week in December! This tells me they are not staffed appropriately and are running patients thru like cattle! I will not be signing up for this group next year!!!

I went to get fillings done , the messed up my fillings and when i came back to get my fillings looked at my dentist didnt even work there anymore, i got 3 different reasons to why she didn't work there anymore. Then i had to go all the way to phx to get a root canal cause apparently they are not capable of doing them. I still am hurting on that side of my mouth and its been 4 months they keep making excuses for it. I tried to set up a new date for my payment to come out and they couldn't even get that right. DO NOT go to them. I wasted so much money for terrible work.

Had tooth extracted then went straight to Walgreens to fill perscription but they forgot to put in the milligrams for pain meds, so Walgreens wouldn't fill without it. Called their afterhours service and got recording and no answer for over 30min. Called back to office and got someone who called Walgreens and gave miligrams. Over an hour later finally got pain meds.

This place was so friendly and professional. The dental assistant, hygentist, Dentist (Dr. Springer) and even the front office people were wonderful. Best experience in a dental office.

Had 2 root canals done here, upgraded to the nice porcelain teeth, $6000 later and 2 years later I'm having to get everything redone. Because my root canals have ROTTED out!!

Stay away from this place, was due a hundred dollar refund for over 2months, still not received, office manager giving me excuse after excuse, make sure you dont over pay on your bill!!
