Sedona Smiles

Was so happy to get back to Sedona Smiles after a year of staying safe at home because of the Covid pandemic. As always the care there is super friendly, safe and professional. Left with a happy Sedona smile.

Can’t say I ‘enjoyed’ my experience at Sedona Smiles for my first root canal, but who would expect me to. But I can say that I will forever associate Van Morrison’s ‘ there’ll be days like this’ with a my first root canal and nothing could have made my experience more tolerable and cared for than the entire staff, especially Dr. Hill and Robin who performed the service making sure I was as comfortable and cared for as possible.

Dr. Hill and his entire staff are amazing! I have been going to Sedona Smiles for the past four years and have always received the best care. I am so grateful and cannot imagine going anywhere else.

I’m one of the lucky folks who likes the dentist. Dr. Hill’s office staff is super nice and patient with my family who are not always such big fans of the dentist. I just had my teeth cleaned yesterday and the lady who did the cleaning was amazing. I can’t recommend this office enough.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Kim Wachter and the team at Sedona Smiles. Kim is simply the best Dentist you could imagine ... extremely professional and competent but also warm and caring. And the Sedona Smiles team creates an exceptionally relaxed and friendly atmosphere, which is so necessary in this field ... plus it is obvious they work very well together since the practice runs so smoothly. If you are looking for a dental practice in Sedona, i would strongly recommend Sedona Smiles.

Ever hear of a destination Dentist?!? Dr Matt can put a brand new crown in your mouth in ONE visit! (And he gives the BEST novocaine I've ever had, just sayin'), so come to Sedona and get some sparkle in your smile!
But, really, these folks are absolutely the gentlest, kindest, and talented Dental Group EVER, ANYWHERE! . I have relatives, who, when they come to visit are planning on a visit to this Dentist!
You know you have found something special in a dentist if people want to visit him while on vacation! Thank you Dr Matt and crew for a relaxing afternoon and the beautiful new crown.

I specifically said I did not want an exam. I wanted a single tooth partial for a photo shoot. When I got in, i was put off by the necessity to wear a mask, the office personnel appeared not to know the pandemic is a fraud. But the receptionist said they were forced to abide by rules by the dental board (I think that's the one she said enforced tjhe policy for dentists) which may well be true. Then I was taken inito the dentist's chair, and clearly the doctor had not read the instructions on my intake sheet, which said no diagnostics, no metal tools in mouth, just a single tooth partial please. He stuck a pointed tool into my gum, and said the pain was caused by inflammation which meant bacteria had to be removed, so he couldn't do the partial. I would have taken responsibility for hiim to do it anyway, that's what was needed. Waste of 3 days when I could have found somesone else, and $85 to be told he couldn't do the job. Very nice people, but paid no attention to my request. And I'm really sorry to see so many people acting as if the pandemic is real, they should tell their patients the truth.. Second wave has been planned and is now starting to be announced and blamed on feeble attempts at partial reopening, so more businessnes will be destroyed. Not a good sign for the world. We don't have a lot more time for people to wake up and realize what is going on. Dentists may have to go along with this nonsense, but they are certainly allowed to get educated and let their patients know it's not real.

I broke a tooth, called them up and was seen right away. In less than 90 minutes I had a new tooth.
The staff was very friendly and professional. A very comforting atmosphere.
I highly recommend Dr. Hill.

Only had one visit because they had to refer me to a gum specialist; but they were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Able to explain everything in an easy to understand way. Gentle on the teeth with a nice facility, and referred me to the specialist I needed. Thank you!
