I am not one to leave reviews but I must give credit where credit is due! I am not from the area and this was my first dental experience in the Arizona. I have had some issues for the past couple months and was in need of some professional help.

I was met with a genuine and heartwarming welcoming response from Alex the receptionist, the digital guru, and the financial master. She was patient and enduring and helped me figure out my insurance options and got me an appointment within an hour.

Upon arriving I was met at the door and was patiently guided through the covid protocol. Oxygenation rate and temperature checks while the employees were wearing gloves and masks. They take the health of their employees, their guests, and integrity of their office adamantly.

I received the full check up and was met with the professional, expert, and understanding nature of Dr Matt Hill and his assistant( forgot name). They answered my questions throughly and gave me experiences that I have never had. First I could pre rinse my mouth with essential oils, then they took full x rays and a panoramic( 360view) of my mouth. Then I received a tumor and cancer screening of my jaw and neck. I received a bacteria scan of my mouth indicating problematic areas and that is on top of the standard procedures.

I have had four dentists in the last ten years since my U.S. Naval Dentist for twenty five years, and personal friend, retired, and I am in awe of Dr. Hill and his "chair side" manner. The best dentist after ten years!! Of course he has the assistance of some pretty incredible technicians who are dedicated and persistent "guides" to healthy mouth hygiene. My replacement crown was completed in slightly over one hour without a twinge of pain of the Novocain needle. And the best recommendation is that the crown fit perfectly without any adjustments needed and it hasn't caused any discomfort after three weeks.

Dr. Hill and staff are awesome. Every aspect of my visit and procedure was too notch. Dr. Hill is kind and takes time with me to listen to my concerns and give all the information needed. His assistant Robin is very competent, courteous, knows her job very well. She is truly professional in all ways. It is truly a delight to be in a dentisy office with a complete staff of professionals. The procedure was faster than I expected and pain free! 5 stars all arou nd for Dr. Hill and his staff!

Having not been to see a dentist in over 6 years - I was very nervous and apprehensive for my first clean / checkup. The staff were very friendly and quickly put my worries to rest. Dr. Wachter and her assistants were professional and very gentle. I was very happy with my visit and highly recommend Sedona Smiles.

P.S - thought the coffee was fantastic as well.

Dr. Hill is not only super skillful and cutting edge, but has a superb bedside manner and goes the extra mile to do what’s best for the patient. I highly recommend him! Our family considers itself lucky to have him in Sedona.

Who says they love going to the Dentist? I love all of Dr. Hill's staff including Dr. Hill himself. The entire staff is friendly, accomodating, thoguhtful and even funny. Dr. HIll was recommended to me and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a young, progressive cutting edge dentist to take care of the simplest to the hardest problems they may or may not have with their teeth. I am so appreciative of everyone in his office.

My husband and I were astounded with the professionalism of Dr. Hill and his staff. Everyone’s focus was on the needs of the patient and their comfort. We are extremely happy we were able find Dr. Hill and his staff and we would highly recommend them if you are seeking a dentist in Sedona.
