Sedona Smiles

My last visit to Sedona Smiles was a tremendous experience as usual. The team works together so well and are genuinely interested in their patients. They’re very authentic in their care and their professionalism. And then there’s Dr. Hill, what can we say about Dr. Hill except that he’s just the best! He is always exploring the best technology available for his patients. He is quite impressive. I can really say I enjoy going to the dentist. Thanks Sedona Smiles.

I had a customer of mine recommend Dr. Hill to me and am so thankful to her. I had an emergency, and they got me in the next morning. Everyone, from the receptionist all the way to Dr. Hill were compassionate and explained everything to me, also giving me the option of choices. I am absolutely petrified of dentists, but felt fairly calm when I walked in the door. I am still a bit nervous, but feel confident with their care of me.

The staff at Sedona Smiles, Dr. Hill, Robin, Laura and Alex, make the office a comfortable and stress free environment for their patients. This is the most important criterion for me when choosing a dentist. The staff at Sedona Smiles is up on the most advanced treatments and services. And they patiently answer all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend them.

I don't know anyone who looks forward to going to the dentist, but I felt compelled to write this review because if you are one of those people, then you need to see Dr. Matt Hill. Dr. Hill and Robin are so thoughtful and conscientious about making sure that you are comfortable, not in any pain and that they answer any questions you may have. Dr Hill is an excellent dentist and I have been very happy my my dental work, which at this point, has been fillings and crowns. Honestly, even if I moved away from the area, I would travel back to Sedona for my appointments because I value and trust him and the staff that much!
Laura, at Sedona Smiles, is also a wonderful dental hygienist ! I have been going to her for years. She is kind, gentle and so knowledgable.
I rarely do reviews, but this staff and office are exceptional and I wanted to take the time to let you know how good I think they are. If you are looking for a great dentist and Dental hygienist, I highly recommend Dr. Hill and the Staff of Sedona Smiles.

Dr. Hill is the bomb. I can be a basket case at the dentist, and his patience combined with great skill has made my time in the chair so much more tolerable. On top of that, today I asked for special treatment due to a health diagnosis I recently received, and Dr. Hill kindly agreed to read up on it. The other staff there are also fantastic. Alex keeps the office running smoothly with grace and kindness, while also being incredibly informative. Robyn is a hoot as Dr. Hill's technician with a world of experience and skills.(Update: new assistant Brittany is TOP NOTCH!). And I just met their new hygienist Megan, who is wonderfully gentle and responsive. On top of ALL of that, their office is beautiful and peaceful. They use cutting edge technology, including a crown machine such that you can leave the same day with a permanent crown if needed. I've had a bridge replacement, two crowns and an extraction at this office. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

I cannot express enough of what a wonderful experience we had at Dr. Matt Hill's office. If 10 stars was an option, he would definitely deserve all 10 and more. We traveled from Huntington Beach to visit Slide Rock for the very first time and within an hour and a half of being there my 11 year old son slipped and broke both of his front teeth. As soon as we came into cell phone coverage driving down the hill, I instantly googled the local dentists and found Sedona Smiles listed as #1 on Yelp as well as them specializing in cosmetic dentistry. When I called the office I found out that it was his day off but within 10 minutes I got a call back letting me know that he was willing to come in to see my son. So within a couple of hours, my son was in a dental chair. Dr. Hill did not only accommodate us but did everything he could to salvage what was left of his teeth. He did all of the work around his braces and conservatively saved his teeth without jumping in to root canals and crowns. The color matching was spot on and we can't even tell that my son had an accident. His office staff was incredibly nice and respectful and did everything she could to make us feel comfortable. She called back every time she said she would and made the entire process pleasant. I have to admit that I was afraid of going to a dentist we knew nothing about. Even after setting the appointment, I tried calling other dentists in the area to feel them out and NONE of them would squeeze us into their schedule, not even on an emergency. I am thankful that they didn't because after our experience, I am almost tempted to travel the 6 hours just to have him as our permanent dentist. I highly recommend Sedona Smiles. If you are on the fence about whether or not to use this dentist, don't hesitate. You will love it! Thank you Dr Hill and staff. Travis is still very happy!

Best dental experience ever! I've been going to this practice since it started many years ago. Dr. Hill recently took over the practice and I' m happy to report that I can now look forward to my dental visits and know that Dr. Hill's expertise and gentle manner along with his wonderful staff will be a most positive experience. My entire family feels the same....even the little grandchildren!

While visiting Sedona from Washington, I needed a dentist for a broken crown. Lucky for me, I called Dr. Matt Hill's office. They made time to see me the next day, and two hours later, I walked out with a new crown. I was blown away! In my experience, the crown replacement process takes two visits to the dentist spread over approximately two weeks.
Dr. Hill proved to be highly skilled, friendly, and caring. I left feeling very pleased. Thanks also to Robin who color-matched my new crown perfectly!
What a great Doctor and staff.

Dr Hill is incredibly gentle and sensitive during dental examinations, taking X-rays, and working on cavities and crowns. I haven't felt this level of trust and comfort with any dentist for decades. Dr Hill is extremely wonderful. He's a skilled dentist, and also, he makes me smile and laugh during my dental visits. Sedona is lucky to have such a dentist. Right now, he's a Sedona's secret...but that won't be for long. He's just so technically-skilled and a very gentle person.

Dr. Hill and his staff were beyond amazing from the moment I walked in the door. As a new patient I was able to consult with Dr. HilI in a beautiful office before my exam which I appreciated! I was able to be treated same day which was great for my schedule as a mom. After my treatment I was assured of my follow up care and I felt really comfortable with my results. I really appreciated the care they took on me and I highly recommend this awesome office.
